Ben Scrace was amazing throughout the process. He was patient, incredibly well informed, and supportive every step of the way.

I reached out to Ben to let him know that I was interested in buying a place which would suit me & my partner’s next stage of life- so he sent me a few options and was always very understanding, empathetic and consultative.

Once my missus & I found a place (which miraculously ticked all our boxes - except for price!!!) he talked me through his strategy very openly and he managed to get 50k off the asking price! (7.5%~).

We’re over the moon and are so relieved that the search is finally over and we have a place we can call home.
