Ignored my multiple emails and didn't collect for 2 weeks
Experience was just awful beyond words. As soon as they deem you to not have enough 'value' in your scrap, you get put on a blacklist and basically nobody bothers to come collect.
They started ignoring my emails after promising to follow up, and my scrap has been left to just sit there.
Incredibly unprofessional service and I will never ever recommend.
UPDATE: there’s no value in your company so you don’t get my custom.

Helpful great service.
There was a slight delay in getting my washing machine picked up, but Scrap4free were in touch the whole time and pick up happened when they said it would. I'm very happy and grateful for their assistance and I will be using them again in the future. For anyone needing an appliance removed I would fully recommend them.
