Excellent service. I was apprehensive at having to scrap my old Mazda that I'd had for 10yrs, but I needn't have been. I called at 9am was quoted a price and arranged a time for collection. By 2pm the car was collected and the money was in my bank account. It was an unexpectedly easy process. Highly recommended.

Never having used this company before, we would definitely use them again if the need arises. Queries and interactions are managed super-swiftly and well, and the team are friendly and very service-orientated. The collection was as scheduled, and the transaction very professionally-handled. Makes a refreshing change to get exactly the service you hope for! I also stupidly left an item in the car that was of no material but huge sentimental value, so was beyond relieved when they followed up and posted it back to me at no charge. VERY happy with the service!
