The driver came very quickly as same day as I requested the scrappage for my vehicle. The staff transfered the money to my account promptly.

I phoned a number of companies and went with Scrap Car Kings as they appeared to be local to me. They weren't and were in fact based elsewhere, but it did not matter because they did all the running and I had my car removed and a fee promptly paid on pick up. I phoned and texted to confirm arrangements and received prompt clarification of costs, prices and pick up details. I was given a pick up window of 11-12:30 and plenty of notice as the window was delayed. They even came on a sunny bank holiday. Their delay did not matter so much to me as I was in and waiting to do something else anyway. Eventually their pick up driver came at 14:00 but had phoned and highlighted the change to their expected arrival time throughout. It was seamless and perfect. I was not so fussed about the price, but very pleased with the ease of the arrangements and the communication by text and phone calls. Scrap Car Kings were really on the ball and helpful. They explained how things worked and did as they promised. I waved goodbye to my dear little car and it drove over the horizon on their pick up.
