What an incredible experience, the parcel was delivered, eventually by royal mail, but when it was, it was processed quickly and efficiently and had pretty much the value I was quoted via their calculator.

Ok first of all kudos to Josh for courtesy/professionalism/assistance. Initially securely packed my heavy 9ct chain & posted on Thursday, should have arrived on Friday but Royal Mail had placed ON RETENTION! stating business not recieving mail today, of course this was probably incorrectly scanned from the Wolverhampton DO, so I contacted Josh who confirmed not the case & worked with me in order to get redelivery. Fast forward to Monday:- Item recieved & signed by Josh, who confirmed details etc. Less than I hour later a member of staff contacted me with a very fair offer which was near enough to what I was expecting I.e the UK scrap gold price, so no haggling required in my case. Checked my account after 4pm & agreed funds had been recieved. So apart from the issue with Royal Mail, I fully recommend SGUK for service/courtesy/ professionalism/accurate pricing. My advice is always use special delivery & ensure you pay the maximum currently £22.50 which covers £2,500. If your gold/silver/platinum etc is lower value then use the cheaper tier. Superb service and highly recommend. Sold online on Sunday, posted on Monday and received funds on Tuesday. Quote was accurate for the gold and once received they stuck by the quote (no deductions or hidden fees to be taken off). I got a call to let me know the price and if I was happy but missed it.
