Very disappointed...

I have no problem with the delivery of the product but I'm finding it difficult to believe the product received is a genuine Footjoy pair of golf shoes. When comparing with a previous pair of Footjoy of same price the quality and comfort is so poor. To be fair the grip and sole work effectively but the foot housing is terrible. No support of the foot. Very cheap feel, and there are few holes for the laces to go through to provide support. Will be communicating with Footjoy too regarding this product. Feel like I've been deceived and ripped off.

Sorry that you are not happy with the shoes that you received, however we are shocked to receive a review like this. Firstly due to the fact that you have not tried to reach out to us first so that we can put this right for you, we also offer returns so if you are not happy with an item you are welcome to return it for a full refund which is still available to you as long as the shoes are unworn and in a new condition.
These are also 100% genuine Footjoy golf shoes, we have been a Footjoy partner for over 40 years, and an authorised online retailer for over 10 years and we do not sell any counterfeit products.
I have had a look at your order and the shoes that you purchased are the e-comfort which is Footjoy’s entry level golf shoe which is offered at a very affordable price point of £59.00, obviously you cannot expect tour level support and finest Italian leather at this price as it is currently one of the cheapest golf shoes on the market. That is not to say however that this is a poor golf shoe we. have currently sold over 1000 of this model and until this moment in time have received no complaints of this nature.
You have also commented on the number of lace holes in the shoes, I assume that you looked at the pictures of what you were buying before placing your order and I can assure you that the shoes are exactly as shown in the pictures.
I have also clicked on your trustpilot account and was very interested to find that you have only ever left three reviews all of which regarding golf shoes that you weren’t happy with I would recommend that someone with your obviously high standards should probably shop for your shoes in store.

Winter Shoe Purchase

Came across a pair of winter golf shoes on Insta, googled them and found my size at Scratch 72, easy to order, delivery very quick, overall a very good experience. Would use agin for gollf gear

Still not received my order which was…

Still not received my order which was ordered over a week ago now…

After I left this review all of a sudden my item has now been dispatched and “Stuart” replied to my review saying he looked into and it had been delivered, please go make lies up “Stuart” but thank you for addressing the situation quickly. Much appreciated.

I have just looked into the tracking which shows that your item was delivered on the 5th at 14:09 the delivery scan is right on your doorstep and your front door is visible in the picture and open.

On top of this I have an email from you dated the 5th of June at 16:50 saying:
"I’ve received an order today but I’m not happy with the fit or style in person, it just doesn’t suit me at all.
Can I have a return info sent to me please?"

This was replied to the following morning giving you all of the return information. I am not sure what you are trying to achieve with your review as you obviously have the item.
