I have bought quite a collection of earrings from Scream Pretty now and I’m delighted with them all, there’s not one that I’ve been disappointed with. There was one flat back earring I got at the star didn’t connect with the post and I emailed them and the obviously asked for a small video for proof, then sent a brand new one out right away. I will definitely continue to order from Scream Pretty as they release new styles.
Bought my favourite pair of earrings from here at the end of last year, one of them unfortunately broke but I emailed customer service as they had a warranty and they sent me a new pair immediately and asked me to send them the faulty pair back. The issue was dealt with incredibly well unlike other brands that tend to deflect when there’s a problem. The earrings are gorgeous I love them.

Ordered on a Monday and was delivered a couple of days later ( sooner than stated) really pretty piece of jewellery which was for a present. 100% pleased with the purchase and would certainly use again.
Upon arrival, one pair of earrings was missing a stone, and the other pair of hoop earrings have had the drop pendant put on backwards. The quality really isnt great for what you spend. I have been in contact with customer service which was fine. They will send me a replacement for the hoops without a stone. I just remain sceptical and incredibly out of pocket for the value of what I received. Shame to be honest.

For earrings and ear cuffs I think Scream Pretty are unrivalled for the quality at their price point.
In the past I've ordered similar products from other companies and the quality is nowhere near as good even at a higher price point. So Scream Pretty's now the only place that I order my earrings and cuffs from with complete confidence.
Customer service and support when needed is also excellent. and I love their minimal packaging option.
Earrings arrived promptly, are really good quality with genuine moonstones set in sterling silver and nicely packaged in tissue paper…I didn’t want them gift wrapped. I would definitely use the site again as they do lots of quality, modern items.

I ordered the Starburst Hoop Earrings for my daughter as a birthday present and was so thrilled with them I almost kept them for myself. Service was excellent, as was the price as they were 20% off. Definitely recommend Scream Pretty. I have since ordered myself the pearl drop earrings and they are also beautiful.
Ordered what was advertised to be a pearl and cubic zirconia ear cuff in June 2022. Five months later, all the colour has worn off the 'pearls' in patches revealing unslightly white beads underneath. These products aren't cheap so they shouldn't be sold as real pearls when they aren't! I've emailed them twice requesting a refund (SP state that all of their products are covered by their 1 year warranty) but my emails have been ignored.
