Efficient and Reassuring service.

All was quick and well organized. I took a pre-travel antigen test there'd the clinicians (Martha in my case) were very attentive and explained everything to me with great care. I would definitely recommend this centre.

100% would recommend

Chris in Hammersmith was so lovely. He made the experience very comfortable, he was so friendly and fantastic to chat with. He was very clear and helpful when doing the test and was extremely knowledgeable about the process. I will definitely opt for screen4 in Hammersmith after this morning, I could not fault it. Thank you Chris!

Sent PCR test on Friday

Sent PCR test on Friday, it is now Thursday of the following week and not received anything. Tried ringing them and it says I'm always no. 14 in the queue and even after 30 mins no-one ever picks up. Awful service. Avoid.

It’s weird to say this place is a scam…

It’s weird to say this place is a scam because they did send the pack to my address, yet it’s been 4 days since I’ve sent my pcr off and nothing! Tried using the phone number on their website and it’a invalid!! I think the good ratings are simply fake, I would avoid this place and go with another company!

I am absolutely appalled at the service received!

I am absolutely appalled at the service I received from Screen4 after travelling this time. I have used them before, ordering the Day 2 Covid test and all went well. They delivered the test on time and after I sent off my sample, I received the result back quickly.
Not this time around! In fact, I am still waiting now, after having been back from our trip for nearly a week and I had to utilise another company to get a PCR done to be able to come out of the isolating period. I am an NHS nurse and it was important for me to get back to work asap.
We completed the tests on a Thursday night and posted them straight after. It is now Wednesday the following week, and I still haven't had the results, not even the notification to say my sample has arrived!!! I have tried numerous times to speak with their customer service over the last days, but was either cut off after a wait time of 30min and had to start all over again, often being told to be in a queue of '30 people in front of me'. It shows I am not the only one with this long a wait. I will not be using them again as I can not risk this happening again.

Never again - complete lack of customer care and communication.

Absolutely dire service. Ordered 3 tests costing £165, one of which was delivered to the wrong address even after I had checked the address over the phone. No answer to phone or email about this 4 days later. Posted our tests in a priority box on Monday morning and 3 days later they are still sitting in a local sorting office. Screen4 take no responsibility but Royal Mail is their choice of courier and it is their responsibility to provide the service they advertise, with a reliable courier service.Update: 6 days after posting still no results and no reply to email. Daughters test has arrived at the lab finally but mine still en route! Lab received test 54 hrs ago and still no result.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

My wife and I ordered two PCR tests for our return from holiday in Spain, they arrived the day we returned and we posted them the following morning. It is now well over 48 hours after posting and we have not received our test results back or even an email confirming they have arrived at the lab. We are both NHS frontline staff and this is preventing us from being able to return to work at the busiest time of the year. They guarantee test results back within 48 hours, we have tried live chat but it isn't working (apparently), we messaged them and got no response and I phoned but got no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY they are a disgrace!!!

Beware!!!

Beware of the promises this company can not keep! Why TUI are partnered with them I have no idea? My husband and I took some precautionary PCR tests for the Dominican Republic which couldn't be no more than 72 hours old on arrival there. Screen 4 apparently get your results within 48hours! This is a lie. They blame Royal Mail which is also an untrue as Royal Mail priority boxes work incredibly well, I know this as I am a key worker. 28 hours ago I sent the test and they still haven’t emailed me to say the lab has received it, even though I spoke to someone there at 9am and apparently it was received at head office just not the lab ! Seems a lot of rubbish to me It's now 4pm and still no communication AT ALL. I posted my PCR over 28hours ago!!. I have used other companies and they stick to their 24 hour and 48 hour promise. So I have paid to go to get a test done at my local pharmacy which I should have done from the get go. You get what you pay for folks, so my advice is pay the extra and go somewhere reliable and not these jokers.
