I purchased a screen print just the other day and it was held in PayPal as pending. So when I checked back to see why it was taking so long for my purchase to go through I want back to the site and this yahoo jacked up the price from $150 to $225!!! Needless to say my purchase did not go through because they wanted to not honor the price that I paid. Shady business buyer beware

I was working for the company for a while so I can give my opinion as an employee and as a customer and I can say that Ryonet is a great company, whatever you need here can be done, and with the best products of the best quality and with the best experts in the field.

Just completed the Screen Print Experience class over the weekend. They really know their stuff and it was an invaluable experience. Bought some of new wilfex lava and other necessities to get me started! Great products and good knowledgable people.

This company has no regard for customer expectations. They will happily take your money, then make you wait weeks or even months without shipping your product or giving you any updates. I recently ordered roughly $1000 worth of supplies only received half of what I ordered. A few weeks passed and I still hadn't received my items. I called to get to the bottom of things only to find out that It was going to be an ADDITIONAL few weeks before they would even ship the items. They of course had no plans of letting me know how long it would be. I had to call and do the digging myself. Turns out they don't make the items NOR do they even keep them in stock! But they're more than happy to take your money even though they don't actually carry the products they sell. I have requested a refund of my money but that has still yet to be seen as well. Very BAD business. Save yourself the headache, DO NOT BUY from this company. Look to literally ANY other print supplier to save yourself time, money, and headache.

For more than decade we have done business with Ryonet. We never before thought they were dishonest, irresponsible, and unprofessional.

In March 2020 we purchased a Canon Pro 100 along with its Kit DX Ink for $200.00, software for $700, and lots of film totaling $1300.

This printer is now broken and 3 Ryonet technicians have passed us around to each other, told us to watch the video for fixing it, and determined we must buy a new one. Ryonet has not taken any responsibility for a broken printer less than a year old.

We called Canon directly out of desperation. According to Canon technicians, the Ryonet DX Ink kit was absolutely the wrong ink and the cause of the printer breakdown.
ASAP Screen Printing is 35 year old company and very loyal customer to all our vendors and never before we have been treated by any of our vendors as we were with Ryonet. We hope we never have to deal with Ryonet again.

Great company starting my own screen printing business needed this equipment to start.

They slap tax on everything when alot of other competitors dont. Looked briefly for equipment. Everything overpriced and below standard. Ended up ordering exposure unit and flash dryer with heat control from catspit and literally saved more than a few hundred dollars than what ryonet would have charged. Ryan Moor sounds like a car salesman in videos as well. Sell the experience. Only go to ryonet for the green galaxy and if I could order from a different distributor I would. Screens seem cheap too. A few recent had mesh not completely glued down in the outside corner.

I loved Ryonet, i strictly used them because of the benefits of being a band member but when they took away free shipping and changed the points I have no reason to use them. I didn’t even get a full years worth of benefits. I now use a company out of Omaha. Why did we even sign up to be a band member?

I've been ordering from Ryonet for several years, and their service and supplies only improve as time goes on. Everything is always shipped quickly and accurately, and their customer service is great on the rare occasions when it is needed.

I love Ryonets site, it’s products etc but I just wish some of the so called training videos (like Silver Flare and effects for water base) were more tutorial oriented and less like commercials to sell the products. IMHO they should have more info on using each product and examples thereof with more detail. Ryan only gives a brief overview of the total group of effects and only one example.

I purchased Ryonets Gold Gold Plastisol Ink, and it was the best ink I've ever used paired with a squeegee I ordered from screen print. I'm definitely going to keep buying from them. I have had my machine for over a month now and not been able to make one shirt successfully. I have been messaging back and forth for help, of course they’re great when available but when paying so much for a machine I would expect someone to atleast make sure I was successful in getting the products to work.

I e mailed to let them know and was told I would have luck selling it on the black market because it was already used.

Very let down and now stuck with a machine taking up space in my room not being used.

I recently ordered some emulsion that came with a bad batch of sensitized and they immediately sent out a replacement, no hassle! Such amazing customer service- I even called at 8 am on a weekend, and the woman in the phone was so nice. I will always order from these guys and keep up with their helpful tutorial videos and weekly deals.
