Just taken delivery of a new 'pre…
Just taken delivery of a new 'pre loved' M&R 10 colour. The machine arrived and I thought it had been resprayed...absolutely A! condition. Nick the sales guy did not over egg the condition..old fashion service and honestly.
Chris the engineer was fast, careful, efficient and went the extra mile. no clock watching, not on his phone all the time....I had to check the calendar to see if it was 1977 :-).
Superb ..start to finish superb.

Great assortment of products with fast delivery. Combine that with easy and informative support and there is not really anything to complain about. Wish they had a location in the EU so I don't need to deal with customs though.

Thanks for the great service. Had a fault with our Diamondback printer, Spoke to Jordan who was very helpful and was able to find the fault very quickly and dispatch parts needed to get us back printing next day
