Delayed but kept informed
I've used screenprintworld for a while now, and have never had an issue.
On this occasion I ordered platen tape and was emailed the following day that there would be a delay as the item was out of stock. I rang them after two days ( I was getting very low and had a big run imminent) and was informed that it had arrived and would be posted out that day. True to their word, I received the items the following day, which was amazing.
I'll definitely use again as they have all those difficult to source screen printing items.

Exemplary service and knowledgable staff
I have been using Screen Print World for a few years for supplies, but recently called up for advice regarding stepping up my output and upgrading my press.
Nick (who seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of presses) talked me through various options, and was extremely patient with all my questions, even going so far as to email me technical drawings and user videos of the presses I was looking at.
In the end I purchased a pre-owned press which when it arrived was in such good condition (after they had given it a service) that the delivery driver thought it was brand new.
Screen print world (and Nick in particular) were exceptional throughout the whole process and I look forward to doing business with them again in the furture.

SPW's service is always 10/10.
Packages mostly arrive within 1-2 working days despite saying 5-7. Always securely packaged to prevent any damages.
Customer service there is also 10/10 with probably the best webchat around.
