ScreenScape is an excellent solution for our point of sale digital signage, much easier to manage now.

Software is very user friendly and works very well.

We've been using ScreenScape since July 2011 to broadcast playlists to screens mounted driverside in each of our locations in Oregon, California, New Mexico and Arizona. All individual playlists are controlled by one corporate computer. It's easy, straightforward and never a problem. ScreenScape is a great product.

I would give them 6 stars if I could!

ScreenScape is a terrific digital signage solution. No technical programming skills or expertise is needed to get beautiful dynamic displays in place across multiple locations.

I recently ordered the ScreenScape product for the lobby of our building. I have looked at many digital signage options but this product fit our needs and budget perfectly. I highly recommend ScreenScape.

Our company recently joined the screenscape community and it was the best choice. We moved from basic PowerPoint templates to flexible and creative templates that make our business more professional and allows us to have more control over the signage. And if you’re worried you’re not a tech person, their support team is great to walk you through set-up and any other questions. In particular, if you work with Christine from support—know you’re in good hands.

Very easy to use. Easy layout where you can build content and publish your content quickly and effectively. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend this product.

The folks at ScreenScape were very helpful, they answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction developing my screens and enabled a demo screen for me to evaluate. I'm very pleased with both the technical and sales support I received. I evaluated a few other products, this solution suits my needs best, and I look forward to working more with Screen Scape as my business expands.

Great solution for digital signage and advertising - scales easily with business size and complexity - fantastic customer service.

We use ScreenScape as a group and it is easy to create and share content to venues within our group. We like the tagging option, it makes it even more simple to manage our content library.

ScreenScape is a great product for the appropriate venue and for individuals with limited design/tech experience. The customer service is exceptional, I have never had an issue or concern with reaching out for help.
The software is fairly user friendly, however does not display well in Chrome Browser (haven't attempted many others). The information gets cut off and when you maximize your screen it still does not fully display. I also find the program lags at times.
The templates are great and easy to create. I think that they would work perfectly for venues for car sale, restaurants etc. However for our (BCTIA) purposes of advertising the templates didn't fully fit our needs. I found myself creating artwork and saving as an image to apply to a blank content template. We could not use many of the great animated templates because we couldn't customize them enough to our needs.
The greatest part about this product, which many other display products lack is the accessibility of online control. You have the ability to deploy, amend, schedule, and share content online no mater where or when. This is a great feature for us as we have many events so I do not have to be on location to control the signage.

ScreenScape is an excellent way to organize and publish information within your organization if you have multiple locations. It is user friendly and has the ability to customize each location depending on the specific needs of that area including customized weather and more. I would highly suggest using ScreenScape to anyone who has a large territory of land and needs important information shared regarding their company.

I have found the choices of pre-formatted message slides in particular to be limited and restrictive. You can't change font sizes, spacing, or enhance text through boldface or other methods. There is no wraparound feature for text that runs a bit long. Disproportionate number of weather and YouTube slide choices, but need more (and more flexible/customizable) choices to create slides for general text. Yes, you can create that offline and import it as a static shot without any nice animations, but seems to defeat the purpose. Trying to find and follow instructions on how to do things is difficult, and many times you're watching videos rather than being able to follow step 1 to step 2 to step 3, etc. Overall it's a nice product but there is definitely room for improvement and flexibility in choices.

We switched to Screenscape Connect this summer in our three golf shops. Derek too the time to visit each shop to make sure that our staff understood how the new system worked, answered all of our questions and set each of our digital screens up. How can you beat that for customer service.

As an owner of pharmacies and medical centres, this technology has allowed us to both entertain our patients while they wait, while at the same time promoting our products and services and generating ad revenues for outside businesses. I highly recommend the product.

ScreenScape Networks is used at seven Holland College campus locations across Prince Edward Island. The company has fantastic customer service and support to some of the less technical staff who use the system.. I highly recommend ScreenScape.

No problems since we installed in May 2015....plan on installing additional displays soon.
