Ignoring me after display showed issues

Edit: Had issues with the screen shortly after. They're ignoring my warranty emails

I'll be comprehensive but short: bought a pixel 6pro refurbished original screen.

This means the OLED panel is legit, but it comes from a shattered screen. So, they re-laminated the glass onto the panel.

Original would be 200€, I paid around 135 for this one. (Edit: they've raised prices lol)

Given the discount, it was worth it, but:
-screen came with some subtle scratches at some of the edges. fine.
-when you clean the glass with something moist, there's a straight-line "shadow", an artifact, wtvr you wanna call it: you can tell the glass has been replaced and it left a mark, but it's absolutely invisible afterwards, during use. fine.
-the phone has an under display fingerprint scanner. it doesn't work, although this might have been user error, I might've accidentally disconnected the cable while installing, who knows? I'm not gonna pry open the screen and break it to check. fine. no fingerprint.

Shipping was like this:
-day 1, nothing
-day 2, shipped from ireland
-day 3, arrived home, in portugal.

pretty damn speedy, might've been a record.

All in all: good deal but not perfect. 4 stars will do, guys.

Couldn’t believe the price for parts…

Couldn’t believe the price for parts one of my children broke the digitiser on the iPad quoted big money to replace part was a fraction of the price small bit of time following an online guide and it was replaced for 1/5th of the price in a shop had the tape on the back and the home button included also

After the display replacement on my…

After the display replacement on my Pixel 6, the phone started draining battery extremely fast. Overnight it loses around 60% of the charge, which never happened before the repair.

After I contacted the service, I received a response that sounded like it was written either by AI or by someone with no basic technical understanding. They mentioned a “short circuit on the motherboard”, even though there is no direct access to the motherboard during a display replacement.

After that, they stopped responding completely.

Great to deal

All good, exactly as described and a perfect fit. Unfortunately, I dropped the screen and broke it before I could fit it. What an idiot..
Company was excellent to deal with.

Would not recommend

When i placed my order it said it would arrive the 29th of December hence paying so much for postage, it's the 1st of January today and still no package!

Your order was placed on the 27th of December 2025 at 09:13, which was a Saturday. An Post do not collect or process shipments on Saturdays or Sundays. In addition, An Post were closed on Monday the 29th of December due to the holiday period.

Your item was dispatched on Tuesday the 30th of December 2025 and handed over to An Post on that date. The New Year bank holiday has since caused further delays, but we expect the delivery to be completed within the next day or two.

Unfortunately, due to the Christmas and New Year holiday period, delivery times are longer than usual. This is standard across all shipping companies during the festive season.
