Poor services
Poor services , I reach them via their website and went to live chat , but instead of give me related information about the products that I was requesting they keep asking about my personal contact details even before they provide any information .
Poor services and not trustable .

The AI BOT , is not answering any questions , it’s just asking for personal contact details ,
You can program it to either answer the questions or to say if the bot can not answer the question, I don’t think that asking personal question is relevant at any point and when it’s asked once and customer doesn’t want to share that information with the BOT , it has to stop answering again and again .

Hi Mohsen, i m sorry for your experience with our live chat. The live chat agent is a AI bot who stays online 24/7 to answer any questions from its database/knowledge base. When encountering questions it cannot answer, it is program to ask for the contact information from the clients so that our team can ring you back. The program is to seek the contact information until it is received. At this stage, we cannot program it to be less aggressive or sense the clients attitude so we need to hope for the understanding of the clients, to tolerate its tones until a better solution is available, which given pace of the ai tech, i do not think it will be long.
