I'm going to be honest here..

I'm going to be honest here - I have purchased from screen with envy 4 times, I have spent over 4 thousand pounds with them. I must say they are a legitimate company and their product is TOP QUALITY! BUT..My last order there was a major delay,I still received it with one item removed, which I requested to be removed this was on 2nd September 2022. I am still waiting for my refund! It's now October! It's a shame to see all these bad reviews because they really have great products that sell but because they don't have enough staff and poor mismanagement they are drowning in a back log of orders.
Cant contact them via phone, lines are now complety down no support agents are available,email them and you dont ever receive a reply.
Seems to me it's a complete shambles

Do not waste your money on this awful company.

I ordered screens in June 2022 no communication at all
Spent months trying to contact this company. Absolute cowboys/ con merchants. Phone lines down, live chat a waste of time
The only way I managed to speak to member of staff is to press 1 to place an order I got fobbed off, saying computers were down. Luckily I paid via PayPal and now have a refund. Avoid this company !!!!!

Its all been said before

Its all been said. Placed order in May and still havent received goods - neither do company answer emails, or the telephone or letters! I have executed a successful chargeback through my credit card company and attained a full refund. I suggest everyone else does that too. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Don’t by at this Company

Don’t by at this Company. I’m Waiting for goods since weeks, getting many emails with promise to deliver next week. Since I read the other tweeds, I don‘t understand, that they are still operating! stop them!

This company is a fraud.
I cancelled an order, they told me it would take 15 days for the refund.
One month later nothing.
A pure scam

Please do NOT use this company - SCAM ARTISTS

Please do NOT use this company. Do not be tempted by their lovely website. This is a SCAM.
I placed my order on May 5th and still haven't received my goods on Sept 29th. They have never communicated any delays. I have called and emailed repeatedly and every month, after huge efforts to get through, they promise delivery next month.
It is near on impossible to speak to anyone at the company. I would never use this company again as I they have taken my money and never supplied the goods. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS

DONT BE FOOLED BY WEBSITE

If you are lucky to get your goods what you receive is good quality - however like the very many reviews awful customer service you pay and you never see your goods. If you do it takes months of waiting for responses worse than pulling teeth - you get chat line and nothing more they don't take calls, they don't respond to e mails - please before purchasing read the reviews to avoid stress levels as once you pay its a nightmare getting your cash refunded

DO NOT USE THEM. no response to emails, phones calls, messages once paid and never received the goods either. Luckilu I paid via paypal so managed to get the refund.

DO NOT USE! SCAM ALERT

DO NOT USE!! They are SCAMMERS. It would me minus one if I could choose that. This company is dreadful and in my opinion a scam. Dont be fooled by the glossy social media posts. They take your money hand over fist but do not deliver any goods. No customer service and excuse after excuse as to why I still haven’t received a refund on goods ordered in July and not delivered. Now having to go through my bank to get my money back.

Awful company

Absolutely horrendous company..I've had terrible orders missing wrong deliveries and still an outstanding order.
Customer service a joke all no idea and scripted beyond reason
Nothing is happening
On any of my 18 calls and still no call back
No way to run a business

Do not buy from this company

Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating-
Made an order back in May of this year and I am still to this day waiting for this order
I have tried to contract the company got through on the phone once with a promise of my order being delivered within the next week, it never arrived and I have never had my phone call answered since!
I’ve had no responses to any of my emails either and have no way of getting a refund for my order!

Please please find another company 😥

This company will take your money and go quiet, you will not receive any item, that will keep telling you that the order is delayed until you are stuck, I'm trying to get my money back vi my bank right now, so not order with them, I wished I checked trustpilot before using that site.. They are a cancer

Ordered gate (£266) waited 3 months, was given the run around in that time of fake consignment numbers, no gate arrived. Company ignored my requests for refund & cancel order.

Luckily paid via Paypal & Paypal intervened & issued me a full refund.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, they do not answer the phone. Do not email properly just generic cheesy message. We are in the industry and I would not trust using again.

Order not received

I have used this company so I am an existing customer. This was a year or two ago. It was all very good and the screens look amazing, plus they arrived on time and with good customer service. I was impressed.

Second time round though, not so. I placed an order back in July and I am still waiting for it. I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my order and I had to chase this up. I was told then that it would be September before my order was dispatched. There was nothing on the website, at this point, to state any stock shortage or delay. Nor was I told about a delay when I ordered. In fact, the ordering process lead me to think that my order would arrive in a few days.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get an update from Screen With Envy on my order. My emails haven’t been replied to properly, nor is anyone available on their “chat” facility. This is very disappointing to say the least.

I am concerned that their website is still advertising sale items and discounts, when it seems that the company are having difficulty fulfilling their existing orders. I am still receiving automated text messages about the discounts, asking me to buy to reep these wonderful offers!

I can appreciate why people on here are feeling scammed. I have bought products from Screen with Envy before, so I do think that perhaps there’s some difficulty with staffing or supply that is causing this poor situation. I am trying to be open minded and patient. However, that will only last so long. My order was placed in July and I’ve heard nothing more about my order.

Come on Screen With Envy. You can do better than this. Please just be honest and update your customers. Communication is key here. Don’t let a bad situation get any worse.

That said, I will shortly be placing a claim through my credit card for goods bought, but not received.

My experience is really not acceptable.
