PACKAGING

The cartons are too weak. Everytime we receiving the torn apart carton. Also there are too much free space inside the cartons that's why the inside cartons with screws are also torn apart and all screws fall out. There are always some quantity shortages in the delivery because of this.

No attempt to deliver the items was…

No attempt to deliver the items was made (i was here all day and the cams show no sign of them) instead the package was dropped to a petrol station for collection despite wanting delivery to the given address.
