Delivery arranged & arrived within the allocated time window. Items all pre packed & no damage evident. Items unpacked as recommended & door extremely badly damaged & not fit for purpose.
All items returned to supplier…….
The items were damaged prior to packing therefore wasting both the delivery drivers time & my time waiting for them to arrive. Now have to wait for them to be remade with Christmas holidays in the mix too. Make sure you check your items as they accept no responsibility afterwards & they will send them out damaged relying on people not checking them especially if the packing all looks intact……. Be warned!!!!!!!

Amazing delivery service. Great quality materials. Looks like they cost £5k which is what I was quoted by a different supplier for the exact same thing!!

I am very pleased with wardrobe doors. They arrived promptly and securely wrapped to ensure they were unmarked. The sliding door gear was easy to put up and the doors hang and slide effortlessly. We are really pleased with the end result.

This is the second set of made to measure mirror wardrobe doors the first were in silver they were so amazing I ordered the second set in white. It took my partner a couple of hours to install them. They look great. I would really recommend them.
The delivery was spot on. I was kept up to date on the doors and when they would be delivered.

I ordered mirror sliding doors and accessories, via the website .A few days later I received a phone call to arrange delivery, due to my shift pattern ,it would be a further 2 weeks before I could arrange a date -this was not a problem .A date was agreed . The day before the goods would arrive I received a text message from the delivery driver giving me a time slot between 8 am -12 pm, they arrived within this time ,unloaded taking their time to prevent any damage . Friendly and efficient ,no problems in recommending screwfix wardrobes again

We haven't fitted the wardrobe yet so I can't comment on the actual product. The delivery process though was a nightmare. We got a phone call to arrange delivery and were told Thursday was the only day they deliver in my area, we both work Thursday. The delivery would be any time between 8am and 6pm and they wouldn't phone when nearby. In the end I had to take a day off work to receive it. We need 2 more fitted wardrobes but will be ordering them from somewhere with more flexibility around delivery.

Purchased 2 “walk-in” wardrobe kits and a shelf kit. Used them all together to convert the small box room into a walk in wardrobe.

Packaged in heavy shrink wrap plastic with all external corners covered in heavy plastic protectors. Sadly this did not protect a single drawer corner which was damaged in transit. (A very quick call and two very polite conversations later with the lovely ladies at Screwfix and Screwfix wardrobes and a new drawer front was sent out - no questions or drama) 6/5 for customer service.

Everything assembled without fault, no further damage and all parts were accounted for.

Could not fault the service and to be honest for a full walk in conversion the cost really economical too.

Our other rooms wardrobe is about to go and I will use Screwfix wardrobes again.

In an age of customer service outsourced abroad or being passed around dozens of departments explaining the same thing over and over. I can’t stress how happy I was to have the only small issue sorted in less that 2 minutes over the phone.

Very pleased with end result although think it is a lot of money…..instructions need to be revisited, they are just not precise/clear enough.

Wardrobes arrived in appointed time slot however there was some damage to one item and only half the order arrived. Customer service were excellent in rectifying the problem, sending a new shelf to replace the damaged one and delivering the rest of the order one week later. Perhaps better packaging would be in order, shrink wrap polythene was inadequate to protect it. Wardrobes are great

Online order was pretty easy. All the items were received as expected.

Second time I have ordered and everything perfect. The doors were easy to order online and delivery was well inside advertised dates. The doors are very simple to fit and good quality.

These wardrobes are hands down the BEST option if you are on a budget and planning on installing the wardrobes yourself. The choices were great and the prices reasonable (we caught the 50% off sale). I don't think we would have gone for these if they were full price. We were happy with the options, customer service was BRILLIANT and the delivery was a lot quicker than the 21 day suggestion. The only negative is we struggled with the instructions. They were SPARSE to say the least. Many picture diagrams provided but it was like playing Cryptic Clues at times! So confusing we didn't realise we were missing part of the instructions and lost some time trying to figure it all out. The frame is pretty easy to erect once you understand the instructions. The drawers took some time but simple to do. The liners and doors were a bit of a struggle because you need to level (not Screwfix's fault), but it's all definitely doable if you're on a budget and have to do it yourself. Now the blood, sweat & tears are over we're thrilled with the product! Our room feels like a trendy hotel room now. Very happy.
