Great service and the products are exactly as described on the website. I’ve ordered several items now and they have been delivered right on time on both occasions. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again soon.

I ordered a BBQ/firepit and kept my fingers crossed it would arrive ok in time for Easter. The Easter weekend passed with no sign of the delivery, and I called Screws4U and received a really positive helpful response from a real person called Gareth. He looked into it, and there had been a glitch with the courier, and I was given another date and a tracking email. It did arrive, but a no quibble refund had been promised if it didn't. I will order from Screws4U again with 100% confidence, and am very happy with my purchase.

Do nothing but spam spam spam you. Screws4you and funky duck store daily spam..

I send every email to report at phishing.gov.uk
In time they will get closed down

Great customer service , I purchased 21v drill set it arrived within 2 days , I specifically asked for quick delivery as this was a gift . Thank you Gareth for going that extra mile.

Company is also linked to Yard-Supplies Ltd. I purchase an item back in Nov 2020. On 2 separate occasions I was sent the item, but not the complete package. Whilst waiting a number of weeks for the complete item I originally ordered to be sent to me, I decide that I no longer wanted it, due to security issues, so requested a refund. Since December I have been waiting for a refund, which has never materialized. I have spoken directly to a director of the company whom was EXTREMELY rude to me. Disgusting customer service. Never received the item I paid for and never received a refund either!!! DO NOT USE SCREWS4U or YARD SUPPLIES!!!

Advert stated 12 pairs of gloves but only 1 arrived.

When I looked at original ad there was some smallprint greyed out words that stated 1 pair.

Misleading rip off. Stay away from this company.

UPDATE they phoned me today we came to an agreement. They explained there was a quantity drop down box, which I missed as I only read the description. It does state 12 pairs in the description but apparently that can't be changed. Fair enough but I would say change your web designer because I'm pretty sure the '12 pairs' can be worded differently.

Same situation as those below; daily spam from Screws4u.com and Funky Duck Store. I'm very vigilant about not sharing my data with third party affiliates, so don't know how they got my email information to begin with. I called the number attached to Screws4u.com email, and person at the other end stated that he would take my email and remove me, but the two owners of the business live in Spain, while he deals with the delivery side of things.

4 emails a day from this lot and despite trying to stop them I can't. I don't even remember if I bought anything but if I did it wasn't worth the email bombardment.

The same as the others. I have never used them but now bombarded with spam emails. Clicking UNSUBSCRIBE seems to sketchy!

I found Screws4U very helpful and would recommend to anyone they offer a lot of products which we all need at sometime and reasonably priced.

SPAM. You dont sign up, they send you BS to scam you. AVOID clicking ANYTHING. BLOCK

Bombarded with spam from Funky Duck Store with screws4u email address, 2-3 emails per day, that I never signed up for. They change their email address regularly after I block them.

Anyone reading this should report them to the ICO for spam emails. The positive reviews here are clearly fake.

Keep receiving spam - never signed up for them. Website full of poor grammar, suggest avoid.

They send me multiple marketing emails daily, I have never heard of this company or subscribed to any of these emails they send. The emails look unprofessional which worries me when needing to press unsubscribe. Tried to email them but it was rejected.

The price was very good, thought I'd give these guys a try. Took a few days for my order to arrive but realized it came from each coast so that is reasonable with UPS ground. Would use again.
