Paid for express postage, and still haven’t received it.
My understanding was it would be sent same day ?

Hi Lisa,
I do sincerely apologise for the delay in response and with your order. There were some unnavoidable cirsumstances causing delays with my stock. I do hope you were receiving the emails with explanations. Following these delays, I suffered from some health issues, these were explained in the emails sent as well.
Due to the nature of these delays (which have been a global issue for some months now), these orders are still delayed.
I have sent a 30% discount and free express shipping on your next order to all customers affected and am updating via email as possible.
Again, Scrubberz and myself apologise sincerely for the delay and are working hard to get it all sorted out.
