Absolutely no customer service or…

Absolutely no customer service or delivery. I ordered more than three weeks ago and the website assures customers of regular updates on their order. Nothing could be further from the truth. What’s more - the company runs from the owners home in Scotland and there is no way to contact them directly - no phone number, no email address but you can find the owners home address on UK companies house so I guess if all else fails a letter to his home might work
