The product is good but the delivery…
The product is good but the delivery service is extremely poor.
I was told 2 days running I would get my parcel, yet despite being in waiting for it, it arrived on the 3rd day.
The courier left a photo that wasn't even near my address saying I wasn't in, liar.

My order arrived on time and in great condition, unfortunately one item had been picked incorrectly, one phone call to them and they corrected it immediately with no questions. I mean immediately too, I felt I was a sudden priority, goods was recieved next day. Excellent customer service, utterly brilliant. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly use again.

Always very happy with scrummi towels. Great quality, well the thicker ones. Unfortunate I get less towels now which is a bummer. But other than that never had a problem. Service is good and delivery is quick.

Great product
Great product. I am a sports massage therapist and use the spa towels at work. It has saved me washing a huge amount of towels a week. They are a lovely quality, delivered promptly and go for the environment.

Great product
