I've used this product for under 1 hour total since buying it 1.5 years ago, as the batteries became defective and as multiple pieces have snapped and broken very easily. The company kept putting me off with proposed solutions that didn't work and after doing that awhile I've gone past the 1 year warranty period, so it seems like they feel I'm no longer entitled to any response at all.

Watch #3 for paddle board has also failed, cannot order a new one as the company is out of business now...

I purchased a scuba jet pro & after 10hrs of use the motor is froze up. I’ve emailed the company twice & it’s been 5 months & no answers to get repaired. I was sent 3 different automated ticket numbers & said that I would be contacted shortly, as I mentioned it’s going on 5 months now. Service after the sale for my case is really lacking. Hoping Scuba jet gets this & my repair will get resolved & get my Scuba jet working again!

I am wondering if SCUBAJET is still in business. I ordered a PRO model with the dedicated Peli case they have on offer in March. The SCUBAJET itself arrived after 6 weeks, but the Peli case hasn’t arrived yet after more than three months. I sent multiple emails to the company which went unanswered. I feel robbed.

I had a small pin fall out of the handle of the scubajet rending one of the triggers inoperable. Scubajet promptly responded to me, and shipped me a new handle free of charge that I received within a week of contacting them. Stellar customer service!

I ordered this product 4 months ago. Upon arrival it did not meet battery specifications. I was only able to run the DPV for 11 mins. I requested a return and was told that I must pay a 20% restocking fee which I adamantly disagreed with, but ultimately accepted as a tax for doing business with a poorly run company. Scubajet confirmed they received the product. It has now been 4 months and I have not seen a refund. They have stopped email communication and they do not return my phone calls. Lesson learned but please don't make the same mistake I did and purchase a product from this company. There are plenty of better options out there.

I have been waiting for my order 548459 from this company for more than 2 weeks, the order was paid on March 4th, in response to my request on March 13th to send a tracking number, the support said we will be back now and people disappeared for a week. I still haven’t received a response to my email, repeated requests are ignored. For that kind of money, getting such a service is a disgusting experience!

I am 1000% sure, that all Scubayet customers are super happy for their great service and attention, they have never failed with a repair or customer service for any doubt, for me it is the best store there is.

When the right button on the dual hand controller fell out and was lost during a dive, I contacted ScubaJet service about getting a replacement. They sent me a set and within a week I was able to go back in the water. Plus, they replaced the button at no charge as part of their warranty program.

Immediate reaction to my questions. Highly competent and most courteous staff.

I have contacted Armin Gurschler multiple times regarding multiple topics and every time he was super helpful and very professional.

Excellent experience with this company. Ordered a Scubajet pro a year ago and loving it. Yesterday ordered an extended range upgrade, then made another separate order later yesterday. Very impressed they proactively (I said nothing to them) spotted the orders were both from me and sent me a simple email this morning saying the second shipping charge had been removed without me asking them to. I think that sort of business style is too rare. I think that sort of business approach meets the definition of “trust” fully.

Great customer service! No matter how complicated the issue/situation, they will find a way to solve it.

This is my second season I am using the ScubaJet sup unit as a safety feature going around my island in the North Sea. I am very happy with the perfomance and easy use of it. Last week I needed a quick service. Via mail and chat with the service team we found that the BT Link transponder didn't work properly. Within 5 Days I had a replcament part for free. Thanks! The power it provides is impressive, too. It's a game-changer for exploring the underwater world, and the fact that it's so portable makes it even better. I've had countless hours of underwater fun with my Scubajet, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone who loves aquatic adventures. It's simply fantastic!

Product not compliant with expectations and the purchase price, non-existent after-sales service!!!

Product sold for connection to sup boards on paper, but in reality not working !!!!
The Bt-link device included in the initial supply, first disconnected frequently then didn't even turn on when mounted, a new one purchased at our expense, only communicated for a few minutes, one sent to us under warranty as a replacement, as soon as it is installed, it turns on, matches the scuba controller, but blocks it!
Technical service at this point, in one week, that not respond to emails.
We are not!!!
Update october 2023
After my last review I had the products replaced under warranty, with express courier at their expense, now with a new software version of the bt controller and a new bt-link module the product works perfectly even overwater.

Scubajet works decently for DIVING ONLY while using the dual-hand controller. this controller is fixed/ attached to the jet and does not use wireless protocol. I purchased the scuba jet because it is supposed to work as both a scuba device AND paddle board motor while using the wireless controller (as opposed to duel hand controller). The wireless controller is complete crap and unusable. it will manage a connection for a few minutes at best but often gives a "motor stop" error within a few seconds of use which requires a reset of the controller to start moving again on the water.

Scuba jet support has stated several times that they are working to fix this issue but nothing has changed and they keep selling defective devices. I have not had one single trial use of this jet (about 8 attempts) that has worked for more than a few minutes at best. It poses a safety risk as well since the jet will totally power down for no reason while in use, even at super slow speeds out on the water.

Lastly, in the diving function, the dual hand-controller isn't perfect BUT it us usable. the buttons stick and need lots of maintenance between dives to function properly. the handles are also light plastic which have some wiggle to them due to bad manufacturing process. the advantage here is the handle is light for travel but I'd like to see a future release beef these up a bit for durability as I don't expect these handles would last two years of use. At this point I'm trying to return and get a refund for this useless product as I need it more for paddle board vs scuba diving.

I bought a Scubajet in June 2022. I received it in October: and because I wrote a bad review here and they contacted me. I could not use it in summer, only once to test.
This year summer arrived late to Spain. So this june I used the Scubajet for the first time this year and it stopped working displaying an error message.
I wrote them explaining my problem. They didn't answer me.
I rewrote. This time they answered me asking for a picture of the error message. I sent it immediately. They didn't answer me.
I wrote them several more times requesting an answer. They never replied.

I bought this product more than a year ago and I only have been able to use it once due to their terrible service.
