Working with the Scube team on Designing and Building my Website for Theatre Deign industry
Working with the Scube team on designing and building my website has been a wonderfully collaborative, kind and patient process. As a creative that is not technically minded the team were very patient with me in taking my design vision and explaining how it translated to screen and working through the necessary adjustments that needed to happen in order for the site to function smoothly. Because of this process I was very open to the necessary tweaks that needed to be made and we were always able to find the right design option to work with vision vs practicalities.
I felt confident that my work was in safe hands and that the vast amount of visual information that needed to go on the site was being curated as per my my brief. But because of my background as a designer my eye for detail is sharp and the team were always flexible, diligent and open with my notes as we build toward the final product. At moments if I had not quite explained my idea properly the team were very generous with their time and we were able to talk though it, I never felt rushed and these moments were always very slick so nothing got missed with the wider team making adjustments for me to see whilst we spoke which was a very helpful process.
As the Project manager Shovan was a pleasure to work with, his friendly and professional manner made me feel like I was in very good hands and when we meet to get the shape of the website in place we vibed really well, he understood my brief and how to technically translate it taking my strong ideas and his web development knowledge of how it would keep the viewer engaged adding flourishes I had not even thought of. Shovan is of a personable nature and well prepared which elevates this unique creative process. He is able to translate your personality and ideas to then make the perfect frame work for your website needs.
