Some "bad" news
Dear all, I ordered a watch which was never delivered by Scubo one month later and without any delay provided. The order was cancelled the 11th of July 2022. I asked then for reimbursement many times. SCUBO was always telling me I 'm going to be reimbursed, asking for my bank account details but it never happens. Today, 12/08/2023, of course no delivery, no reimbursement.
Owner known to police for Fraud, extortion and assault
Beware, the owner of this "company" is a seriously disturbed person with history of being violent towards women and defrauding people. Just google his name which can be found in his company records. The entire website is just a fraud, you will never get your order. He is well known to Dutch police and his accounts are already red flagged in many banks, just report to authorities and stay away.

BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! We ordered 7 computers from this company. Our order was made 5th July. Scubo sent first one computer, then much later a second after all sorts of excuses about delays. The other 5 computers never arrived and we asked the person (I was asked to remove his name by Trustpilot to meet their guidelines) running the company for a refund. Since then 18th August no reply, but we are pursuing him and his company through other means. If you go to the Belgian and Dutch Trustpilot website you will see that many disappointed customers are now attempting to recover their losses through the Dutch police.

I started dealing with this fraudulent company in July 2022 when I ordered a ladies dive watch. They promised delivery in the first week of August. Then in the first week of September. Then they said the order was cancelled and a refund would come by mid September. Nothing has happened except unfulfilled promises. Shun this company!
Caution!!!!
Caution!!!!! 0 stars!!! I made an order on 9th September ORD01124 worth almost 400€ before checking trustpilot and these guys do not respond to anything. I called them several times since then and always get voicemail which is never answered. Wrote several emails to cancel my order due to travel plans which has never been answered not even once. I’ve already opened a case with Klarna and if needed Eindhoven is about 40 minutes from me. I work a lot with Dutch people for my job but these guys are not doing business like normal Dutch with honesty and integrity. Also if you look at the positive reviews here these were not made by real people as you can see they are making positive reviews on some dark crypto and investment sites. Trustpilot has to remove those profiles. Hopefully Klarna or my credit card will get my refund eventually but seems that Scubo is just non existent since even Klarna informed me today they are still unsuccessful in trying to get hold of them. One thing is for sure if I hear nothing from Scubo i will pay them a visit on my next trip to Eindhoven and visit the police station in Aalsterweg maybe I can save other people from making my mistake.

I now understand that this website is a total scam. Nice and shiny website, good prices but there is behind no products.
So concretely you pay, they tell you they are out of stock, you ask for a refund and you never get it (after reaching out to them many times).

Mastercard rated my reclamation positive, so I get the full amount refunded!
I sent them all the correspondence, included my order and invoice (yes, I have both, dear SCUBO!) I have, and explained my situation.

As I wrote below in "keine Ware, kein Geld zurück" SCUBO. NL is a fake company, founded just to betray so many customers as possible. There are here many angry betrayed victims, just read the postings below. I ordered and payed by credit card, on the 2nd of June a product, which I never received and the money was never refunded. Many emails and chats later, I still don't have nothing. I turned to my credit card company and told them my story exactly as it was. I ask them if they have the possibility to stop and reorder the payment, but to be honest, I did have only little hope to reach something, so much time have passed since then. To my biggest surprise the credit card company called back, deleted my card and asked for the failed transaction bill. After I sent it, they decided to take over my damage. So please, if you are in a similar situation, please contact your credit card institution, maybe you have luck. And it is also very important for the financial institutions to be informed about fraudulent companies, so that they can hopefully stop the cooperation with them if there are enough complaints. Good luck, people!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Nice glossy website but nothing else. Zero customer service. Took near a month to get a refund. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
Item not received and they don't refund
I ordered a Seiko king turtle diving watch on 24 of june 24th. 1 month later I had not received the item, so, my order ORD0793 was cancelled and I´m still waiting the refund. I have asked for it a lot of times. Sometimes received kind answers promising a refund during the week, but never my money got back. Lately they don't answer any emails.
I´m going to report to the police and plaint demanding a compensation.

Beware
Beware, this is a scam.
I placed a fairly large order in early July, and after several delays, I canceled it.
Every time I have contacted them they have taken several days to respond, and sometimes they have not even responded at all. The answers always in one line and without any kind of solution or explanation. I made the payment on July 6, 2022, and I'm still trying to fix it.
In my bank they do not have proof that any refund has been made, so I have to go to the police station to report it.
Don't go near this company, it's a scam.
