Excellent repair at an excellent price by very helpful and friendly staff. I will not hesitate to go back if necessary in the future.

Collected my car yesterday and am thrilled with the quality of repairs. I had a large dent on one side of rear bumper and large scratch on other side. In addition they resprayed passenger door due to faulty work by previous owner. Quality of work is excellent and they even repaired 2 minor dents at no extra cost.

My thanks to Beth who kept me informed at all times, and to the team who carried out the work. I will definitely use them again although I hope there will never be the need 😂

Fantastic service from Gavin and Beth I spoke with on reception, couldn’t be anymore helpful and the work carried out on one of my wheels was amazing quality! Couldn’t recommend Scuffed Up enough!

I have used Scuffed up now on 3 separate occasions with different vehicles and have always been delighted with the quality of the finish and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for body work repairs.

I Booked my vehicle in to scuffed up in Swansea on the 8th of august. I was told it would be ready to collect at 14.30 that same day. I arrived to collect my vehicle and the owners were all gathering around my vehicle. I walked over to check with my partner the work carried out, The work that was carried out was awful so Alan and tom quickly got on the defensive and advised me to leave the vehicle overnight to be re-done which I did. When I picked up my vehicle the next day me and my partner was rushing to get home as we had an emergency doctors appointment as my partner was pregnant and was having pains which we was very concerned about so I just paid for the repair and drove home. As soon as I got home I noticed that the senors on my vehicle were no longer working (they were working fine until I took my vehicle to this garage). I also found runs in the paint so had to return to this garage a further four times to try and resolve the issue. On the fouth occasion alan was very rude towards me and got very aggressive, the whole family come out of the garage shouting abuse at me. The daughter told me she would smash my vehicle up while Alan and his son Tom the sprayer was walking around the garage punching walls. Alan was not helping the situation and was the main instigator. This garage prides there self on "satisfaction guarantee" Im certainly not happy. I have just received rudness and aggression. They haven’t even had the decency to offer me any sort of gesture of good will to compensate the extra petrol and visits I had to make, which I have had to fork out to come back and forth to rectify their poor work Alan's reply to this "why should we" I only requested a refund of some sort. In the end I felt I had no option but to call the police with the threats that were being made towards me. Throughout all this my partner has miss carried our child, but we’ve received no remorse from this garage and the family. Alan tried on several different occasions to blame this on a mental health condition I currently have. I wish to god I never ever took my vehicle to this garage in the first place its been a living nightmare. Please see below.....

I would just like to clarify it was my self who called 999 to report this garage in regards to there aggressive behaviour, and it was in fact there daughter who threatened to smash my vehicle up, which was witnessed by my partner. 

In relation to false claims. I would like to point out every thing is true and factual. I have contacted 101 this evening to chase up the CCTV which will prove it was in fact your self and your other family members who chased my vehicle shouting abuse at me and my partner. 

I now have two separate independent reports from two garages on the work carried out which are not great. 

I am not sure what relevance my mental health yet again has to do with this. I would not like to think you are suggesting its all my fault due to a mental health condition as this could be classed as discrimination.

I would like to state once again as I stated to you on other reviews already that I will now pursue this though the civil courts to recover my costs.

I took my BMW in to get a quote for scuffs to the front bumper and dealt with Gav who was a lovely guy and quoted a reasonable price. As a young female who has always felt uncomfortable in garages, I was pleasantly surprised by everyone I spoke with. I went ahead with the booking and was extremely pleased with the result - would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again. Top service guys, keep it up 👍

I used scuffedup to repair the stone chips on my Nissan juke and am really impressed with the end finish, there are not many companies that give the service I experienced from the turning up for a quote to the keys being handed back with a shiny chip free finish. They are a family company and this shows in the customer experience which was fantastic along with the pricing which was very competitive compared to other local companies along with the guarantee of a really good job.
So will recommend their services to others keep up the great work tom,Alan and the rest of the team they are based in Swansea
