DISGUSTING behaviour from the owner who…

DISGUSTING behaviour from the owner who carried out my microblading treatment. If I had the option to leave zero stars, I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. Upon meeting Ilham, she appeared to be friendly, bubbly and eager to re-iterate to me that she knew 'exactly' what I wanted to achieve with my microbladed brows, however what I experienced was;

-BLOCKY BROWS:
My brows were left looking blocky and very asymmetrical. I was at the appointment for over 4 hours and despite this length of time at the end of the treatment I pointed our the asymmetry which she attempted to fix, but could not. I was then advised this would be fixed at the follow up appointment in 6 weeks time.

-FRUADULENT PAYMENT:
My treatment was £500 in total. I had paid a £200 deposit via Fresha prior to the appointment and expected to pay the remaining £300 via card at her 'clinic'. However, without any prior notice, she advised the only way to pay would be cash or bank transfer - there was no card payment machine. The bank details I was provided with, were her personal bank account details which I felt extremely uncomfortable with. She is not declaring business transactions as business income, therefore committing fraud.

-ABUSIVE AND REFUSAL TO REFUND/PROVIDE REFUND DATE:
a few weeks into healing I reached out to Ilham regarding my concerns as my brows continued to appear more asymmetrical. Ilham stated "I do not make mistakes" and proceeded to cancel my follow up appointment in 6 weeks and stated she'd rather give me a refund. Shocked by this, I asked why and raised my concern that I had paid for the full treatment and by her cutting my treatment short she is leaving me with incomplete treatment that no one else would be able to correct due to different styles and inks used. Ilham did not appear to care about this and stated she would refund me. I waited over 2 weeks for a refund and nothing was processed. I followed up with whatsapp messages to her two whatsapp numbers and also telephone calls - all of which I have a record of (messages and recorded voice call) where Ilham is heard to state "I will refund you if and when I want to, what are you going to do about it? I don't have to refund you, I don't owe you anything" and continued to laugh on this call - all of which as aforementioned, is recorded.

-LEGAL BLACKMAIL:
I was then emailed by Ilham under the pretence that it was a legal company contacting me, however it was coming from Ilhams Sculpt Atelier email address. As I am of a legal background, I could evidently see the legal jargon and lack of process followed were wholly legally incorrect, juvenile and laughable. Ilham, continued to blackmail me that she would only refund me if I were to not raise a dispute against her for her malpractice and unprofessional treatment. Eventually, due to me raising bank disputes, I received a refund of £500.

-CHEAP INK:
I was now left with blocky asymmetrical brows which required removal. Using a high quality, expensive laser, the microblading is impossible to remove and oxidised to red and then orange due to the mixture of cheap inks used by Ilham (I was advised this by over 4 professional microblading artists who are known to be reputable in their sector).

-FAKE REVIEWS:
The positive reviews being left on Fresha and online for Sculpt Atelier are fake and not from verified customers who had treatment and this is being investigated.

I have pictures of before and after of my eyebrows; pictures of microblading oxidising to red and orange after removal; statements from 3 microblading and removal specialists stating the ink used was of poor quality; a record of whatsapp messages to and from Ilham's registered business whatsapp and email of her unprofessional, abusive and threatening conduct; two phone recordings of her abusive, unprofessional conduct; my Fresha booking confirmation, appointment email confirmation and payment confirmation to Iham at Sculpt Atelier to prove I am a real customer, with a real experience and a real review of my experience with Ilham at her Sculpt Atelier business in London, England.
