Quality neon sign
Quality neon sign. Good attention to detail. Beautiful bright neon pink. Well packaged. Good Customer service when asked for instructions they sent me a how to do it video, which was helpful. I love my hot pink neon sign it's gorgeous.

Great sign. Lacking transparency.
The sign came out great. But after ordering, I didn’t hear anything from the “company” for nearly 2 weeks. Only until I reached out asking for ETA did someone from customer service email me to say my sign was “still in production” and that I’d be updated when it shipped. The update included a text from DHL, and nothing from the sign company themselves... I started reading reviews that they’re actually china-based. So that made me nervous that this may be a scam. That’s on me for not doing a bit more research. So I emailed that customer service person back, but never heard from them again. Leaving me feeling extra unsure. Thankfully, the sign did show up. The shipping estimates on the site are kind of misleading in my opinion—I was under the assumption the sign would ARRIVE at 12 days, not ship. I probably wouldn’t order from them again. It was a weird process.

Most beautiful sign ever
I love how they email before starting for confirmation. They gave suggestions on what would look best and it looks great! I advised them that I had to get it before a birthday and they sent it out express!! Got it just in time.
