We ordered two signs with our design. A table top and wall mount. They came exactly as expected and look amazing. We did have an issue with the wall sign not working but after we sent a video showing the issue we received a new sign within a little over a week. Great quality and customer service!

The power supply provided to me didn't…
The power supply provided to me didn't work so I opened it, and the board inside is reused and corroded. Not cool.

Sign is great.
The sign is awesome. The design team took my idea and helped make it a reality. My husband loves it and people comment on it all the time at our cabin. The only not-so-great thing is that the LED color-changing lights do not dim which means when they are on the color-changing setting it is SO overwhelmingly bright. We don't use that setting as the sign is inside. Probably wouldn't be as big of an issue if the sign was outdoors.

one of the letters was broke like 3"…
