Return policy is only for defective or damaged items!

This company caught my eye as their merchandise was very cute so I ordered two products. I did read that it takes about a month for delivery and I was ok with that. After waiting over a month, I contacted the company and they responded. Once I received the product, I reached back out to the company as I was unhappy w/ my order. It was not as pictured. One product's material said it was velvet. It was cheap velour and the other product's artwork was not clear. They were cheaply made for the price point. Do not order from here!
