Illegal cold-calling and deceptive voicemail tactics (and spamming LinkedIn & Email)

Every single day for months this company has cold called me trying to sell me ISO 27001 saying they noticed I don't have it on my website when it is CLEARLY presented on EVERY page of my website. They have even resorted to leaving voicemails such as "I think I hit your car" to try and get through to me, they have also added me on LinkedIn and keep emailing me. I am on the do not call list and what they are doing is completely illegal.
