A bit slow but all good.

I was dubious of ordering, but I’m glad I did. By the time my order was shipped one item had sold out, but they gave me a refund after a couple of days.
The items are really good quality and I’m very happy with them.
I think they just need to improve customer service speed and they will be great.

Pass thanks

I ordered the asymmetrical white shirt which arrived quite quickly. However despite following the size guide was snug. I emailed SDeer and they agreed to refund if I sent back the item to their Paris store. Postage would have been a lot. So they agreed to refund 50% and give a 50% discount voucher on my next purchase. So I ordered a different shirt which also came really quickly. This is a mix of kind of a knit fabric and cotton. It’s not horrible, just will need to find the right thing to pair it with.
I have no problems at all with their response time or customer service. Just a little low on the quality in the second shirt I got in my opinion.

UPDATE

So I get a reply to my review over 12 months after buying the top, asking for an order number lol. Wow seriously???
The top is in the bin, the year it’s taken to even acknowledge the review totally shows what their customer service is like.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STARS I WOULD!! THEY ARE THE FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IF YOU ARE BY MISTAKE, AND YOU'D HAVE TO DISPUTE THE ITEMS BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER ARRIVE TO YOUR DESTINATION. MAKE SURE ITS THE BANK WHO PROTECTS THE CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE FAKE. CREATED MANY MANY ADVERTISING ON FACEBOOK. CLAIMING THEY ARE IN PARIS. NO ITEMS WERE EVER RECEVED FROM THEM. AND THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED WERE ALL FAKE.

Another Fraudulent Site from CHINA.. S.DEER

I have placed an order on the 15th of May and never been processed. The order remains on pending status ever since.

Emails were sent requesting to refund the order back on the credit card, didn't get any response. Don't order from this company again and don't be fooled by the reviews on YouTube. Keep in mind they do receive incentives for it.

I've already contacted the authorities and contested the credit card charges. An investigation is in progress.

First they claim to be a company based…

First they claim to be a company based in France. This is a Chinese clothing company. Items purchased online are shipped straight from China and use Chinese shipping and delivery services.
I purchased one item online.
I followed the tracking from CNE shipping to the states. Then the package was handed over to SpeedX to deliver to my residence. (SpeedX is notorious for Non-delivery of packages).
Then say my package arrived May 6. They send “proof of purchase “ photo. It’s a photo of the street view.

I emailed S.Deer, who tells me to email CNE, who tells me to email SpeedX. SpeedX tells me they are sorry but the Seller (S.Deer) is responsible for reship or refund.
I email S.Deer again they said it was delivered so they will not refund me. (I even show them the photo ) They said I have to hold the delivery service responsible.

Wrong.

SDeer is responsible. They have to refund me and they put in a claim to the delivery service.
So there it is . My first and last shopping experience with S.Deer. And I’m disputing the charge .

Update: May 13
I revised my rating from one star.
I finally got a response granting me a refund for my lost package. The store online looks amazing but I just hope that they consider a different third party delivery service for the States bc SpeedX is not a reputable service.
