Excellent company. We have used them a couple of times for repairs and for the installation of a new garage door. Very efficient from begining to end. We were kept updated throughout the process and all the staff were very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We confidently reccomend them.

The team from SDS arrived on time and worked very efficiently to fit my new garage door . They were friendly and approachable , and did a very good job.

SDS were very efficient from initial quote to final installation. The surveyor gave a clear description of the doors the installation engineers kept the site clean and tidy and gave a full demonstration of the door operation before leaving.

The quality of the garage door is excellent and the installation smooth. However there has been an issue due to the level of the floor which required an extra visit and remedial work to stop long term damage to the door mechanism. This was efficiently remedied.

Very good service and communication from start to finish. Great job all round and Evie was very helpful with any queries we had. Would definitely recommend.

Debbie and her colleague were very helpful on the phone, an early date was arranged to fix the problem (relating to a lost remote), due to the need to access the garage urgently - and the issue was fixed quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner by the engineer. I would thoroughly recommend SDS.

Garage door was broken , sent some pictures to them asking for quotes for a new door. Evie replied quickly, and said it could be repaired. Tony, who repaired it was great, tidied up. Definitely recommend them, all the I spoke to were friendly and helpful.

Right from the start we’ve had a great experience. We visited the showroom and were taken through the options regarding which door was likely to be suitable and we were given a cost estimate so we could make an informed decision.

When measuring up Martin and Evie were friendly and professional answering all our queries and explaining how the fit would go.

Tony and Jack came to do the fit of the new door and again I can’t fault them. Friendly, knowledgeable and when they were done they left a clean site.

Finally it’s worth pointing out that when we initially enquired both Jamie and then Martin checked with us if we really wanted a new door as there was an option to upgrade our existing door. I thought this was great as it showed they were interested in the option that was best for us, not for them. We got a new door as it turns out.

We’d happily recommend SDS to anyone who asks, that’s about as smooth a process as a customer could hope for.

We chose SDS Doors for our new garage door after looking at many suppliers and doors online. Our survey was carried out quite soon after our enquiry and was satisfactory with a quotation in line with our expectations. Supply took a little longer than expected but was unsurprising in view of present circumstances. We were given a date and approximate time which was within 10 minutes of actual arrival. The fitters were 2 very pleasant, polite and considerate men, also giving work experience to a young lad who told us they treated him well. We are delighted with the door and the instructions given for its use and care and also the prompt responses from the admin team at SDS doors.

Despite being just out of the guarantee , the fact that the pcb board had failed, a new one was ordered and it was fitted at the agreed time with no fuss and professionalism.
At the agreed price of the equivalent of two call outs we are well satisfied and would recommend this company in the future. Thank you.

Installation team were very tidy and efficient and fitted a high quality product to a high standard. They were also friendly and took the time to explain the important features of the new door and explained the back-up service and warranty provided. Overall, couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
