The returns are to the United States, New Jersey and you have to pay the postage. Needless to say it is very high. £20 in my case. So they offer you a 30% refund not to send it back, then a 50%. I believe this is to encourage the customer to keep the goods even though the quality of the fit of swimsuits was not good.
The postage you pay initially is £6-99 so why such a huge hike for the return? Also there's lots of hoops to jump through when sending back the package which left me feeling I might not get the refund anyway!
On a positive note the e mail contact was quick and they gave the return address in the States!

As with other reviews, do not buy from this company. Goods took ages to arrive. I didn't like them and wanted to return them. I had to supply photos of the items. SeaFancy offered 30% refund at first to avoid returning, which I refused, then offered me 50% refund to avoid having to post back to New Jersey, USA. Learnt an important lesson - check UK based company before buying.

As per the other reviews, items too big and hindsight is a wonderful thing. Just goes to show if you buy from a company you've never used before check the reviews. Returns process is non existent and they offer you a 30% refund to keep the items otherwise you pay for shipping but they never respond when you ask for the address or the refund. DO NOT USE

No customer service whatsoever. Messaged them numerous times to return something, no acknowledgement at all.
Goods themselves ok but don't order with the expectation of returning as it doesn't seem to be an option. Poor.

It took a month for goods to arrive. They don't fit properly especially in the top part. Very poor quality Lycra. Very poor tracking system. Very stressful experience. Never again.

Like many people, I wish I had read the reviews. Having ordered 2 swim shorts at the beginning of July, only 1 arrived couple of days ago. I’ve emailed them twice and still no reply. An absolute shambles of a company.

As we weren’t sure of size we ordered two swimsuits in 2 sizes. Because prices are pounds and domain is co.uk, thought the company was UK based. However it was not… swimsuit was a huge pain to return, lots of hoops to jump through, the return address is New Jersey, USA, and buyer has to pay return postage. Ridiculous! Really wish companies made it more clear they are from a different country. All they have to do is keep prices in dollars then the buyer will know. For T-shirts and clothing not a big deal but for swimsuits it’s really going to catch ppl out if they don’t fit. Would be 1-2 stars but the swimsuit we did keep was nice and fit well so I added on a star. Would have been a disaster in time and money wasting if neither had fit. To the merchant.. Be honest where the store is based! Add a disclaimer if you have to. To the potential customer, read the return policy and you’ll see what we mean about all the hoops to jump through. About 3-4 emails later, they offer partial refunds and you have to send photos. Took such a long time to sort out and cost a fortune to return

I wish I’d read the reviews before buying a swimsuit from this company. Firstly it took two weeks to arrive, there was no paperwork with the order. It was too big so wanting to return it I contacted their customer service SEVERAL times before they eventually replied offering me a 30% refund if I kept the item. I requested a return address and eventually received an address in New York for me to return the item at my own expense. Their total lack of professionalism made me think I’d probably never hear from them again if I did this. So reluctantly I decided to cut my losses and accept a partial refund. The swimsuit will go to a charity shop, so hopefully it will benefit someone!

i also wish i had read the reviews before ordeing. items poor quality and bigger than it should have been . after FINALLY getting the returns address and me telling them a few times that i DONT want to keep the item if they give me a credit note, i now realise its in the US which will costs a fortune and its at my expense. i am not prepared to spend further money at the risk that i will not get a refund as i dont trust them one bit. will never use them again and every time i see them advertise on facebook i will post to not use them. disgusting

The item that I ordered did no fit and I have tried emailing the customer service email 5 or 6 times and have had no response. It states that items have to be returned in 30 days of purchase but as they do not respond this is not possible.

Customer service non existent ???? Where are you ??? Paris according to my bank statement. return system so hard to do...if they even bother to sort it in the first place...no response to eight Emails!!!. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . Long delivery time and goods are overpriced compared to elsewhere with no way to make a return if you need to if they don't fit you. Am also reporting to Trading standards for bad company practice. They block you on Facebook if you make a negative comment..Worst company I've dealt with.REALLY BAD.DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY!!!

I ordered a swimsuit. They sent the wrong size, it took them 15 days to reply & I still don't have a returns address. They expect me to pay the returns cost & the shipping cost for the new item when they have made the error!! Don't buy from this company they are awful. Still waiting for a reply with the return address

I ordered a second item of swimwear- the first is fine, the second however does not fit properly and I need to return it. This company provides no paperwork to enable return; I have emailed and messaged them constantly for several days now without success. Looking at comments on Facebook it seems this lack of communication is par for the course with this company.

Ordered three items in June in line with their sizing guidelines, when they arrived they were all too big, the quality of the items was not very good.
I immediately e-mailed the company to advise how I could return the items, I was not given a return address and was informed that the cost of any returns would be mine.
I was offered a 30% discount to keep the items and replied that I would have preferred a full refund, but as I was not given a return address this could potentially cost me more money. I agreed to take the discount.
I have received an e-mail this morning 10/7/23 saying that I will receive a £21.92 which may take 5-15 days.
Please avoid this company

I received my swimsuit today and, after reading so many bad reviews, was over the moon that it looked exactly like in the photo and fitted well. Okay, so it took 3 weeks to arrive, but that could have had a number of different reasons such as staff shortage, etc. I wanted something a bit quirky and different, it was worth the wait and am super happy 🙂

Beware before Ordering from them!!
I ordered a swimsuit in early June and I received but it was too big. I immediately emailed them for a return label and have done so 4 times now but still no communication back whatsoever from them. No return label, so I guess I have wasted my money. I will never use them again!

Terrible communication!
I placed an order on June, 19th. I recieved a shipment order only two days later. Yeah! Delivery was on June, 30th, which was slow, but ok. However it was only one part of my order. I never received any status info on the other part of my order and nobody has replied to my e-mail asking about the status of part 2. Luckily, the 2 items i recieved were ok. I won't return anything, because this is probably going to be a pain in the ***, since they don't seem to reply to e-mails. I want the missing item or at least a refund for not sending it to me as of today (July, 6th).

At last I have received a refund for a swimsuit I needed to return. It has taken nearly 3 months of emails/ messages and posts on Facebook/ Instagram/ emails.
Posts on Trustpilot seem to have done the trick.
I still have a size 14 swimsuit which is more like a size 18 but at least I have some money back. No one seems to know how to stop this appalling company.

Worst company ever - terrible quality and too expensive for what it is. Awful customer service and you are unable to return or exchange. Just out to get your money.

Takes 3-4 weeks for items to arrive. They are not sized correctly and the company will try its hardest to prevent you from returning the items, offering a £10 credit instead.

They eventually offered me £20 for my £30 order but have not paid it back to me.

Utter scam.
