Beautifull watch!
I ordered the Legacy Edition and it is really a beautifull time piece. In addition, build quality is great and the movement runs pretty precise with +5 to -3.5 sec. per day.

Good watch, great customer service.
Bought one of their bronze watches which is a very good looking watch. Did however have some issues with the power reserve. Emailed them and after some back and forth I sent the watch back and they provided me with a brand new example that did not have any movement issues. So all in all I am very pleased with the experience and the way they handeled the defect and I am still enjoying this great watch every day.

Best Customer Service ever. Beautiful watch!
My order was torn, and the content was missing according to the courier service. I have instructed the courier service to return the package to Seagull and according to the latest update, my order has delivery exception i.e., being returned to Seagull. I purchased this item since I like the idea of having a nice and beautiful mechanical watch from Seagull for my birthday. I hope Seagull can help me on this, so that I can have it soon, despite my birthday had already passed, since I paid for the item, it's not cheap, and I even paid extra for what I believe for additional security and faster delivery.
Update 18/07/2025: Best Customer Service ever. Beautiful watch! Seagull has immediately sent me another unit and I have received it via expedited delivery. The watch itself is a marvel of beauty, heritage and engineering. Love it! Highly recommended!

Watch Travel case was a Great Suggestion
It was easy to find what I was looking for. Shipping was very fast, faster than mostthings I order online. I haven't used the watch case yet so it's haed to provide a valid experience but after a first pass the case looks good and easy to use.

Buying this watch cost me more than its real price
Buying this watch cost me more than its real price, as you sent me size 38 at the beginning, and this is a mistake on your part and shows your lack of concern for the quality of your work, so I returned it to you to be replaced with size 40, and this cost me effort, time and money, as I paid customs costs, which is not a small amount, approximately 11 Kuwaiti dinars, added to the basic price of the watch.

Lost in mail, but solved, watch is cool
My Seagull watch got lost in the mail w DHL. Seagull's customer service helped find it and get it to me. If that hadn't worked, Seagull said they'd ship a new one. Either way, I got my watch, customer service was good, the experience and the watch are both great.

I love the vintage look of each of the watches. Yet they operate at extreme precision. They are well worth the price and are very stylish to wear. The straps coming with the watches are good quality also, still I purchased some more alternatives to be flexible.
