Nice little villa. A little bit worn around the edges but fine for me and my husband. The chlorine in pool gave me a rash so didnt swim much - just one of those things. However it was pleasant to be able to walk into town so easily and once shutters were opened it was a nice atmosphere. However I wouldn't say it was in luxury section, more rustic. More than two people would be too crowded.

Had 2 villas over a period of 2 weeks in Majorca. Had an issue with the shower/drains in the second villa on arrival (Saturday) which was quickly rectified by the owner on Monday, after my husband temporarily fixed the issue over the weekend and sending an email back to the uk office. Only points to really raise, we personally felt the villas could be cleaned a little better on handover day and towel change twice in one week, a day in between each other is a bit unnecessary and pointless and does disturb you when they arrive before 10am! Telephone numbers in villa info need updating as we were unable to contact the emergency number as it was wrong. God forbid if anyone needed something as it just rang out!

Booking of the villas with Sealand was very easy and quick, friendly professional staff and service would definitely recommend them.

We have booked with Sealand 5 times and each villa has been excellent, although we do have our favourites. The price includes car hire and this needs to be taken into consideration when comparing prices with other companies. Car upgrades are very competative. The service from Audrey and Marion is excellent and they are very approachable if you need to clarify anything. Their website could do with tweaking just a little to make it easier to find your choice from their brochure, floor plans would be beneficial, and it would be nice to see on the calendar the prices for weeks already booked. It does seem you can only price up weeks still available so no comparison can be made. However I can highly recommend Sealand Villas, they appear to be a competent reliable company with a good selection of quality villas. Remember there is a £200 refundable deposit to be added on to your invoice for any damages and the Balearics Eco Tax that has to be paid direct to their government, this is per person per day and can add on quite a few Euros to the overall cost. What the hell we work and save for our holiday, just book it!

The apartment was very nice however we found the bedrooms a bit small, the one thing we missed was a barbecue!! Overall it was very nice and a great location!!

Fantastic customer service, so helpful and friendly. All the villas are gorgeous and to such a high standard. We don't use anyone else!

First, an excellent company to deal with. Very helpful.
Villa was spotlessly clean, had all the the items that you need for a holiday. Kitchen well equipped. You did not need to buy cleaning items or toilet rolls which I cannot say happens for many villa companies.Towels changed and villa cleaned twice, pool cleaned during the week.
Spacious villa both inside and out. We could tell that it was loved by the owners. We would certainly like to stay again. Thank you

We have used Sealand Villas many times over the years - I reckon we're probably up to about 8 visit now over about 5 different villas - and would highly recommend them.

The fact that a hire car is included in the cost is a big plus, and the hire company that they use (ROIG) have always been very good.

We have never had a bad experience or any problems at all and the staff are always extremely keen to help out with anything you need - in the past we have added cots and baby equipment to the booking and also done things like extend the car hire when we're been staying elsewhere on Mallorca either side of the villa. In fact, the one time that there was a problem when the fridge broke down halfway through the holiday, it was replaced with a new fridge within about 3 hours.

Highly recommended, and we will continue to use them over the years.

In one way or another, I have been booking villas / accommodation for around 50 years and rarely, if ever, have I found a company so willing, efficient and professional throughout the booking process. Sealand are a real delight to deal with.

One of our original group was unable to travel due to an serious illness. The team at Sealand dealt with the matter in a sympathetic and very efficient manner. Communication was prompt and clear - all questions being answered quickly

The service from Roig, who provide the inclusive hire car was also very good - dealing with the paperwork and payment for the additional insurance in less that 10 mins ... this time we even got a free upgraded car from Roig

4th visit and second villa via Sealand. The villa was exactly, if not better than described - benefiting from a recent visit by one of the sales team. Garden and pool maintenance was particularly impressive and the cleaning / laundry changing was top notch and non intrusive

The 'welcome pack' of basics for the first night was just right

A couple of small local issues ( safe left locked and faulty outside shower) were dealt with within hours of being reported

Great outdoor lighting but many switches for indoor and outdoor light .... after 2 weeks, still not sure which was which ... could do with labels!!!

Good and well equipped kitchen - including a Nespresso machine that was not mentioned in the villa information. Great choice of capsules at Euroski and Lidl

The damage deposit was returned, as promised within 5 days

Would not hesitate to recommend ...already booked again for 2020

Amazing experience with Sealand Villas as always. I would recommend these guys every time. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Always willing to help and very friendly. Top Notch service. The Villas they have available are always fantastic.

From initial discussion on the phone to booking the villa and ensuring everything was done before we set off. Marion and Audrey have been brilliant. Not to mention the villa was exactly as advertised with a welcome pack awaiting us on arrival. The hire car was simple to organise at the airport everything as instructions and a new vehicle. We enjoyed the service with Sealand Villas so much we booked another villa with SV immediately upon our return from holiday. Great honest helpful company!

Good service - quick & efficient both on the telephone and via email. No problems with any of our holiday arrangements and all went very smoothly.
