SCAM!!!!.... they make you believe they are an Irish company, oh no they’re not! They are based in China. They will take your money & you may never get your seal. There is invalid tracking provided & they basically DO NOT WANT TO KNOW, once they’ve taken your money. AVOID! Avoid! Avoid!

Worst company I think I've ever delt with, still no order received and it's now 12 weeks on.
It also says mine is in Lithuania since mid July with no updates.

I placed my order in 20th of May. It has been 11 weeks and I still haven't received my order.
Since June they give the same answer that My order is in transit. It would make 2 months allready in transit.
This is a scam.

AVOID at all costs.
Like everyone else I’d give no stars if I could.

I finally got one abrupt reply around 8 weeks ago stating it had been sent and I wasn’t being patient enough!
I’m going to look into reporting site.
I also asked for my money back and got no reply.

No star at all from me! Sealbabies is a scam. Order was placed on 14 May 20 on 60cm white Seal but till today is not here yet!
My children keep on asking me when are they going to receive their baby seal pillow. After asking so many times, my hubby order something similar, slightly smaller at $10, and we rec it after 2 wks!!??
Disappoint with no clear indication when I can received my order from Sealbabies, no proof of so call my order is in transit, and they refuse to do any refund cos is "in transit"! So this company is total scam! Shame of Sealbabies.com!

Just repeating what everyone else has said...AVOID!!!! been 2 months since I ordered and they are refusing a refund. Worst company I've ever dealt with it's almost laughable...they should be embarrassed honestly

If I could give NO STARS I would. I have been waiting since May for my order. I WANT A REFUND. I don’t want the seal pillow anymore. I am sick of this companies half hearted replies to my emails. SCAM!! This is a disgrace! One minute my package is being ‘reshipped’ And I should get it in a few weeks then when 2 weeks is up I’m fed more lies saying it will be another 3-4 weeks..... Pandemic or not this is ridiculous.
I have since asked you multiple times for a refund to which I am fobbed off more being told to ‘be patient’ which is a insult in itself since it’s been 3 months since I placed my order. I want this resolved NOW.

Absolute scam. . Please save yourself the money and learn from my experience. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Same story as everyone else here. Ordered 27 May. It’s now 1 August and still not received the item.
I’ve emailed requesting refund on numerous occasions and am not it’s not possible as the item has been dispatched. Blaming delays on Covid. According to ‘tracking’ information, it’s been in Lithuania since June!!
Having read reviews from those who eventually received the seal baby, I have to say I don’t want it now, it was to be a gift for my daughters friend, I think I’d be embarrassed to give it to her!!

They said the company is Ireland wich make make sense on their 20 days delivery they say. BUT IS SENT FROM CHINA!

They give you a tracking number but it barely works!
You see updates every 3 weeks and IS NOT ACURATE!
Took 3 months to reach the destination and is absolutely trash, NOT WHAT IT SHOWS ON PICTURES!.

NO quality at all. Bad packing, it arrove dirty.
TERRIBLE customer service.

They adversite a "sale" LIES, completely a scam, this should be consider a fraud.
I'll fill a complain to get my money back.

A lemonade stand on the sidewalk have more formality and better quality.

They make it seem like their company is based (and ships from) Ireland, but when I got the T&T it came from CHINA. It took 3 months to reach me and guess what? The quality is absolutaly garbage. It has a yellow cast over the print, so it looks dirty.

On top of that, the customer service is terrible with little to no flexibility and type very bad english.

Also, don't get fooled by their "FLASH SALE", including countdown. It's FAKE. They have been having this same sale with the same countdown for 3 months.

What a joke of a company.

Ordered end of May & still not arrived. Tracking status says it’s in Lithuania! Don’t waste your money. Shockingly bad service.

Sent from China not Ireland, no tracking and item never arrived! Had to get Paypal involved who refunded me. AVOID, it's a big scam!!

The product did not arrive. 2 months.
Staff are not helpful.
Blame COVID 19 for all shortfalls - people are dying of this and they're using it as a convenient excuse for their poor business management and etiquette. Shocking.
Have now had to get PayPal involved.
Avoid.

Ordered in April, still not arrived. This is a basic drop shipping arrangement - and they can't deliver the goods.

Conor - the kid running the company, seems uninterested in providing a refund so have had a to launch a claim with PayPal.

Ordered beginning of April...still no order. Being refused a refund by the terrible customer services and receiving the same response each time I e-mail them.

I ordered and paid on 17th May....still not received on the 13th July.

they do send screenshots though instead of the seal pillow.

Do Not buy. You will not receive your order and it will be blamed on Covid 19. I have been waiting over 2 Months for delivery and have now tried to cancel my order but they have lied about shipping and delivery. It has not even left China yet. They pretend to be based in Ireland but they are a cheap drop ship Company.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered in May and has been almost 2 months now. Poor customer service and get the same response in emails. Very poor

Ordered a seal cuddly toy in Early April. Still no toy as of 7th July. It shows as being in Lithuania. I regularly email to bd told "dont worry." I know it had to come from China and there is coronavirus, but this is shocking.
