Getting out on my new board for the first time was amazing
The board itself is amazing quality and ideal for my hight and weight.

I love the ethos of the company and the two paddle boards we ordered were great and came in a bundle with the things we needed for each of them.
Delivery was good, on time, no damage.
Why have I given them only four out of five stars?
I think as it came as a bundle I think there could be a bit more information on day 1 as a paddleboarder. The instructions that came with the paddle boards on how to care for them and inflate / deflate etc. were really good, no issues there.
However, there were no instructions on how to attach the fin. The metal plate that the thumbscrew attaches into had detached in the packaging and it wasn't obvious that it was missing at first (I did find it in the box). Now I worked it out but it wasn't super straight forward. Some general hints and tips like attaching the leash (where / how) would be good too. It doesn't have to be on paper, there could be a bit on the website about it. The website is generally very good and has info on water safety and other things but not a getting started guide which I think would have been useful.
Anyway, great company though and the products themselves were excellent.

Board didn’t arrive and sent several email

Fast posting and well packaged. However never responded to a query about the business "closing down". Extended warranty is not available on website any longer and no reply to emails.

I assume the business has shut down and therefore product has no warranty.
