I made a call looking for a Canadian Trolling motor after my new( 2 year old) Minn-Kota refused to operate. They refused to help me and would not send a replacement part to Canada, so I ate the loss and made a telephone call to your company across the country and was assisted immediately by the person who answered the phone. I told her about Amazon better price & she matched it immediately and I paid for it and it arrived as she said it would. I still have not had it in the water but I can see from the product itself and the design it will be much easier to operate.Time will tell.....

Speedy shipment. Haven't tried it yet, still too cold.

I was looking for an electronic spare part nowhere to be found! Instead of just selling the part to me, they insisted on double checking that the part was the correct one! After some emails back and forth I took the risk and thankfully it did the job for my portable pump (only the interface is different but everything works)
