Media School or private tuitions?

I joined here for a three months short film making course in Feb 2015. While the faculty is great, the administration is a big let down. Sometimes I felt like I was not in a Media Institute but a private tuition. There's the most unprofessional and galling approach of asking for fees, etc. and communication by the non-faculty staff lacks acumen. Double standards with benevolent treatment before admission and impolite treatment after admission are clearly seen. Also because there's no entrance exam for the diploma in film-making and short film making courses the quality of students is mediocre and lack of passion and adequate general knowledge is evident.
The three months course is underway and it's nothing lesser than a privilege to be Nakhate Sir's student.
Won't be a truly seamless education academy unless and until the non-teaching staff learns professionalism.
