Very impressed. I was a bit wary of buying a refurbished laptop from a company I hadn't heard of, but a quick conversation with them gave me confidence. I ordered, and the deviced arrived the following day, which was impressive.

There was a problem with the laptop which prevented me from setting it up properly. This ended up with me returning the device to them; they identified the issue - not at all an obvious one - replaced the offending component with a superior one to avoid any further delay, and shipped the laptop back to me within a day of receiving it. I now have a good, solid laptop at a great price.

Sometimes things go wrong. For me, the acid test is how an organisation responds. Seamless IT's response was excellent; helpful, constructive, courteous, and clearly focussed on sorting the problem out. Hat tip to Dave and the engineering team for this.

So I would have no hesitation in using them again, and in recommending them.

I knew what I wanted which was the Think-book with 15" screen and 512 SSD and 10 gen I7 chip. The obvious place to go was Laptops Direct, who have very good prices. Was about to place an order and then read the appalling reviews. Their price was good, but then somehow I stumbled on the Seamless Site and there it was, £200 cheaper than Laptops Direct. Only question was as it was a refurbishment, what was I going to get. I had one query regarding the keyboard and within a minute was through to Dave, I believe, who was on the spot, had already processed my order and confirmed that it was a UK board. The laptop arrived within 36 hours from having placed the order, I have removed the weekend timing as they are closed then. The box had obviously been opened but inside was a brand new laptop. ??? Have been unable to find anything which suggests that this was anything but brand new. I have gone through and set up the various programmes and everything seems to be 100%.

Frankly a very impressive no hassle service and bearing in mind the normal RRP was over £1000 a real bargain. Oh am I glad I did not risk the stress which would have come from a Laptops Direct purchase. Sorry to mention another company but that is the reality.

Dave at seemless it was very helpful to me when picking out my product and giving me all the information necessary, explained to me the reason the laptops were cheaper on there than retailer stores so that I felt comfortable buying from an unknown seller.

I thought I made the mistake of picking a German keyboard and panic emailed seemless it. They were very helpful and fast in responding and finding out what I had ordered. Of course I had ordered the right model and panicked for no reason and the laptop was still shipped out on schedule.

When the laptop arrived the next day it was working perfectly as advertised. The only issue was that I noticed the laptop lid was very slightly bent in the middle at the point where the webcam was. I did a backlight test and other tests on the laptop and they all checked out fine. It was simply a very minor aesthetic issue. I did not ask for it to be returned as if anything it helped me open the lid easier!

My guess is that as seemless it buy the stock that Lenovo can't sell due to a box being opened or (like this case) an aesthetic issue which means the item would get returned to them, if bought at full retail price by some fussy customer, they sell it to companies like this for cheap. But considering I paid £700 for my laptop and on lenovos website the exact same model is worth £1099 I am more than happy if the little bend is the only difference. Seems worth £400 to me.

That's not to say all laptops from seemless it will be like that I'm sure. But overall I've had a very good experience with them. It's my second day with the laptop and am very glad I made the purchase.

Ordered a laptop and less than 20 hours later it was up and running on my desk, great service and great choice of computers.
I would recommend you get your next purchase from these guys.
