I just seen the below review of seamoss not being delivered I’m having the exact same problem.

Contacted after no delivery for over a week they told it was a delivery issue and it was being resent, now over 2 weeks from that I am still waiting for it.

Have sent 4 emails with no reply at all in the past week.

Have ordered from this company many times over the past few years and have never failed to deliver on time or provide this lack of customer service, looking like it’s the last time I do.

I ordered a sea moss gel several weeks ago, but nothing came. I contacted again to inform them that it hasn’t arrived. They sent me the order again but I never received a confirmation, neither a way to track my orde. I paid in full but nothing, still nothing ! I contacted sea moss uk many times but I never had an answer. It’s been too many weeks, and they have my product and my money.

Useless company. Order not delivered, tracking system did not work and they do not reply to emails via the site or messages via social media. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Loving the product but unfortunately Delivery was not great both times. First time parcel was left on doorstep. Special instructions not followed. Second time, numerous emails received to say delivery was delayed, then it was being delivered, then repeated. Contacted both supplier and delivery tracker, no reply received and then item was delivered very late evening when I was at home, door was not knocked, door bell not rang, item again left on my doorstep

After trying this product for the last 6 months, I can say I absolutely love this product. I highly recommend to anyone, do not be put off by the gel, it is tasteless! It’s just the texture that you need to get used to - I suggest putting it in your smoothies/ coffee’s. I have not only felt improvements with my skin and hair, but I feel more energised and focused throughout the day. It has definitely helped with my fatigue and immune system.

The best in the game!! I have seen a dramatic difference in my hair, skin and immune system since using the Gold seamoss gel - you can mix in with coffee/ smoothies. The capsules are also amazing if you find that easier to take. It is now part of my daily routine and I recommend to everyone

Smooth Process . Good Product .

The moss gel seems a lot more "watered down" nowadays. Less colour, smell, and consistency. You get the feeling that they've changed the mix ratio to make savings.
