Seann is amazing to work with 👏

Seann really over-delivers for his clients. I feel seen, served, and valued. I love having direct access to him and getting quick, high-value feedback.

I got burned with the last marketing agency I worked with and was nervous to pay for help again, but I knew that my marketing was failing and I needed help. Hiring Seann was a huge investment for me and frankly something I couldn't afford, but I felt good about him and his methods—something I hadn't felt with the many other marketing guys that inundate my inbox and social media feed. I got immediate results using his DM strategy, which helped me book way more calls than my previous efforts. That alone would have been worth hiring him. I'm just beginning to implement his ads and sales scripts, but I feel like Seann is there with me and always ready to respond to my questions and give me valuable feedback so I can reach my goals.

Seann is so hands-on and responsive

Seann is so hands-on and responsive. His level of attention to detail, care about my work and the quality of my output, and general availability is highly unusual, and I’ve had many business coaches. His content is dialed and so useful, he gives me super detailed advice tailored specifically to me, and he holds me to high standards with genuine love.

This is how all coaches should be

Both me and my wife recently started working with Seann.

We've both been off and on the online business wagon for quite some try and getting tired of trying tons of things.

After buying some cheaper and course and being annoyed with the lack of structure we decided to work with Seann.

It was immediately apparent that Seann uses an incredibly strong, simple and proven structure with his clients.

But not only that he cares FAR deeper than any coach I've ever worked with. He even took some of my questions directly to his mentor and then shared those conversations directly with me. This man is the real deal.

The clarity and confidence I have from working with Seann is priceless.

I’ve worked with Sean for the last 3…

I've worked with Seann for the last 3 months, and it's honestly been one of the best investments I've made in both my business and personal growth.

When I first met him, I was starting completely from scratch. I had no offer, no sales experience, no real direction, and honestly, no idea what I was doing. I'm also a mom of three, so building a business felt overwhelming and unrealistic at times.

Fast forward to now, we just hit our highest month ever of $40,000, which still feels surreal to say. A huge part of that came from what Sean taught me about sales, communication, leadership, positioning, and running ads. He completely changed the way I speak to prospects, lead conversations, create urgency naturally, and simplify my messaging so people actually connect with it.

One thing I really respect about him is that he doesn't just tell people what they want to hear. He teaches accountability, emotional control, leadership, communication, and thinking at a higher level in business. He's direct when needed, but it's always because he genuinely wants you to grow.

His system actually works. I've hired two coaches before him, and he has been by far the best coach I've invested in. Not even close. The level of support, attention, feedback, and hands-on help he gives is something I honestly don't see from other coaches online.

He reviewed my sales calls, corrected small things that made massive differences, answered my questions constantly, and continued pouring into me over and over again. It was a lot of one-on-one support, which I really needed at the stage I was at, and it eventually helped me become the person and business owner I am today.

On top of that, he genuinely cared about me as a person, too. I went through a really difficult time with my dad's passing away, and Seann was there for me throughout it. That meant a lot to me, and I genuinely appreciated having someone in my corner during that season of my life.

I've grown tremendously in confidence, sales, leadership, communication, and self-belief since working with him.

I also think this matters. Not everybody is willing to stay coachable, apply feedback consistently, take accountability, and keep implementing long enough to create real change. Seann will absolutely give you the tools and guidance, but you still have to do the work.

I genuinely feel like I owe a lot of my growth and success to him, and I wanted to leave this review because he's truly been there for me and helped massively change my life and business.

If you're serious about growing your business, becoming more confident in sales, improving your communication, and learning how to actually lead, I genuinely recommend working with him.

Seann has been the best coach I’ve ever…

Seann has been the best coach I’ve ever hired.

For context, in the past, the company I work with has hired marketing agencies and various other coaches, and none of them have done even a fraction of what I learned in Seann’s program. The OTHER program also charged significantly more. At one point, we hired a marketing company that completely handled everything for us, and after working with them for over six months, they still weren’t able to get us a single client. Seanns program has WELL EXCEEDED my expectations and has got us a consistent lead flow.

Working with Seann has been a completely different experience than with other coaches. One of the biggest things I realized is that he genuinely cares about his clients and their success. His course alone was packed with so much valuable information that it easily paid for itself. On top of that, he works with you one on one and is available through DMs whenever you need help. There were even times when he went above and beyond by calling me directly to help solve urgent problems (even when he was supposed to be having “girlfriend time” after work and she would get mad that he was still working LOL).

I also really appreciated his coaching style and process. He is direct, thorough, and really knows his stuff. You can tell he spends a lot of time analyzing and improving his program to make it better for his clients, and that attention to detail shows throughout everything he teaches.

He even asked and made sure he was teaching according to my learning style. This was AWESOME for me because I have ADHD and learn best with visuals.

His program is extremely thorough and well thought out. A lot of marketing programs only focus on one specific area, but Seann helps with the entire process. Not only has he helped us generate more clients through marketing, but he has also helped improve our sales process and pitch on calls. Because of that, we have over doubled our close rate.

His script outlines and text shortcuts also saved me a huge amount of time and made the entire process much easier and more efficient.

I can confidently say that working with Seann has been one of the best investments we’ve made for our business and I definitely recommend others work with him.

Disappointing experience. Lack of support, professionalism & integrity

Updates:
- Seann reported my review to Trustpilot claiming "defamatory" content. When I submitted my proof, they reinstated my review.
- We did not work together "for a year", I would pop back up in his IG DM's with ideas but never launched anything.
-
I hired Sean Skreen for his 1:1 coaching program, which was sold to me as learning his system, getting ongoing support with no expiration date and unlimited phone calls/access to him.

He never really guided me around my offer, ad creation etc - his main focus was sharing his system and sales training which is basically Austin Medlin’s. I always thought his system was the gold standard but recently spent $97 on a leads ad course that has brought me WAY more success than his method.

So I found myself seeing some great success initially after launching but then did not close 5 calls in a row and reached out to him genuinely upset. I used the word "Im feeling broken". His response the following:

- He said you must have sucked.
- I could have closed all of those calls
- Lets book a call so we can discuss upgrading your contract with me (ie: trying to upsell me)

When I texted him to express my feedback about how it was handled, he doubled down and as you can see in the attached screenshots tried to validate that need for him to be paid more. As you can see I expressed that I thought thats what I had originally paid for.

Another issue I found troubling was the continued use of my personal content and private messages for marketing purposes. I requested that a testimonial video & private DM conversations of our correspondence be removed - he has not done that and I have opened a case with Instagram to investigate. From a professional ethics standpoint, this raised serious concerns for me around boundaries, consent, and how client relationships are handled post-engagement.

It’s also worth noting that while there is strong emphasis on his sales performance and revenue claims, I found a lack of recent, verifiable client results being shared publicly.

In the end, I shared my transcripts with Chatgpt and got fantastic feedback from her.

Overall, my experience was that the program leaned heavily on sales and positioning, but lacked the depth of coaching, accountability, and integrity I would expect at this price point.

I’m sharing this to give others a balanced perspective before making an investment.
---
Here is the exact quote from his text response to me:
"I also want to clarify something from earlier. I wasn’t trying to critique you in a way that made you feel worse. Also I wasn’t aware how down you felt mentally. My intention was to give straightforward feedback to help you get better on your calls by telling you clearly you did something wrong and you need to review your own sales calls and find out what you missed either in discovery or the pitch. I can see how it may have come across differently, and that’s something I can improve on in how I communicate with each client. But my goal is always to help you improve, not make you feel bad. And I wasn’t trying to sell you in that moment, I was trying to explain that for me to give that level of support, I need to be compensated for my time.

At the end of the day, this really comes down to me needing to be paid for my time. As I scale my business and work with more clients, my time is becoming more limited.

I’ve already spent a lot of time pouring into you and helping you hit the goals we originally set, and I’m really proud of the progress you’ve made.

What you need now is a deeper level of support to get to the next stage. That means more hands on time from me, reviewing your calls, refining everything, and helping you scale. That wasn’t part of what we originally agreed on.

I want to continue helping you at that level, but I can’t sustainably do that without being compensated for my time. If I did this for everyone, I wouldn’t be able to run my business or take care of my personal life the way I need to.

If you’re not ready for that right now, that’s completely okay. I’m still happy to support you with smaller things or quick questions when I can. I just wouldn’t be able to go as deep without that next level of investment.

And just for context, this kind of deeper, hands on support is something most coaches charge for at a higher level. I want to keep it fair and reasonable while still helping you get to where you want to go.

Think about it like this. If we improve your closing and raise your prices, even slightly (we can make you a lot better) you land one additional client and you’ve already made back the investment. From there, everything compounds, and I can justify spending more time with you to help you keep scaling.

So if we do continue at that level, it just needs to make sense on both sides."

Hi Penelope, I genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback, and I also want to provide additional context for anyone reading this review.

Over the course of more than a year working together, I invested a tremendous amount of personal time, guidance, and ongoing support into helping you succeed because I genuinely cared about your progress and wanted to see you win.

After consistently implementing the systems we worked on together, you achieved meaningful financial results, including generating nearly $15,000 during one of your strongest months, which reflected the level of care, effort, and support I poured into helping you throughout our time together.

When we first started, you were still figuring out your offer and direction. I helped you clarify and position an offer around marriage coaching for men, and once you committed consistently to the process, it worked very well for you financially.

A large part of our work also involved mindset, consistency, and helping you avoid constantly changing directions or searching for new methods. There were multiple points where I encouraged you to simplify, trust the process, and return to the original system I taught you. Once you committed consistently, that’s when you began seeing your strongest results.

You also expressed to me directly that my program was the first one that genuinely helped you create real momentum and meaningful results in your business.

I also provided a very high level of access and support, including continuing to help you long after the standard scope of the program had concluded. That’s ultimately why I needed to create clearer boundaries around ongoing consulting and support moving forward.

I want to respectfully clarify a few things.

First, the claim that there was a “lack of support” does not accurately reflect the amount of time, communication, access, and guidance I provided over more than a year. In reality, much of the disagreement came from the opposite, the level of continued support, consulting, and call reviews being requested far beyond the original scope of the engagement.

At one point after several sales calls did not convert, I gave direct feedback that improvements needed to be made on the sales side. Looking back, I could have communicated that with more emotional awareness during a discouraging moment, and I take accountability for that. My intention was never to insult or tear you down. Honest feedback is part of coaching, and my goal was always to help you improve and succeed.

I also want to clarify the “upsell” concern. By that stage, we had already worked together far longer than the standard duration of my program, and the level of additional support being requested had grown significantly beyond what was originally included. You had also already made significantly more than what you originally invested into working with me, including nearly tripling your investment during one of your strongest months alone. What I communicated was simply that if we were going to continue working together long term at that level, the structure would need to reflect the continued time investment.

Lastly, after you requested your testimonial video and screenshots be removed, they were removed from my platforms, and no testimonials or personal screenshots involving you are being used in my marketing.

That said, I stand behind the results we achieved together, the support I provided throughout our time working together, and the genuine effort I made to help you succeed.

The reality is, you achieved significant results through my system, including generating nearly $15,000 during one of your strongest months, and throughout the past year I consistently overdelivered with my time, support, guidance, and personal investment into helping you succeed, which speaks for itself.

I truly wish you the best moving forward.
