First time in my working career using an agency, I worked in my previous job for 24 years. I have found the experience top class well I should specify the consultant Kirsty, week one for example I had an issue with the system used to input hours worked, I called Kirsty and this was resolved very quickly, I did find this particularly stressful as it was the first time I had been responsible for keying my own hours I was used to my employer taking care of this. Kirsty told me about the known issue however took it out my hands and keyed them on my behalf, ensuring my hours were keyed on time and ultimately salary paid on time.
Only 7 weeks in however no issues and the one issue I did have was resolved effectively very impressed.

Rachel helped me to find a job role very quickly! She is clearly very hard working and professional and she was also really easy to talk to and a great communicator.

Rachel Taylor has been amazing and professional. She managed to get me a job within a day of applying and has been guiding me through my journey at my new workplace. I am totally enjoying my new role. All thanks to Rachel Taylor.

My search for a new job couldn't have been made easier than it was with Search.
I was contacted by Rachel Taylor regarding a job application made through their website who helped me every step of the way by keeping me updated with my application, the interview process and beyond. She has been exceptionally helpful during every step and continues to be even after I have started in my new role.

I would like to share my honest opinion regarding the assignment for jobs via Search Consultancy. I was dealing with a lovely lady, called Kirsty, who is not only very professional but at the same time very kind, friendly and extremely helpful. She managed to assign me to a job ASAP when I was struggling to get one due to unexpected circumstances. Then it was never a hustle to get hold with her - always very efficient and switch on. Nothing was too much for her. She was checking up on me even when I finished my first assignment with a company. I could feel her passion for work, true commitment and determination to find me a permanent role instead of a temporary one. I felt valued and special whilst talking to Kirsty. She is definitely the best person to deal with if you are struggling with your job search. Thank you once again for always being there for me.

Tbh I have to agree with previous bad reviews if their screening is anything to go by. I can agree with those who have given negative reviews over pay. There is lack of attention to correspondence. They do not seem to be able to access the nmc register like every other company can. Either locate you with your LEGAL name or with your pin.

To be honest had a complete nightmare getting paid. After being assured my money would be in on Friday, as it should have been... it wasn't, anyway LONG story short after approx 10 calls back and forth between Search and a payroll company, who I cannot fault at all money did go in 5pm on Monday, and that's only because I went through Search Head Office instead of my local Search office again...

Not had the best experience with these guys in Leeds. Have contacted and spoken to at least two of the recruiters about roles I suited and they said they would put me forward for but after the initial conversation I havent heard back from them. Gives you false hopes and has put me off applying for any roles through them altogether.

They are unreliable and have poor customer service and communication skills have been registered with then for over a year not once have they contacted about finding work despite sag they will find me work within a Month so say they help people find work they do a poor job as it's customer who alway have to chase them and they get commission for doing sod all eg there was a job they advertised which was 10 minutes walk and they said was 30 mile away from

Not only did she manage to get me an interview, she also helped me to get over my fear of interviews by going over potential questions and letting me know what to expect. I’d never had a better interview thanks to her advice!

I received a phonecall from a recruiter from Search, His name was Sean.
His telephone manner was very warming and welcoming. He showed an interest in my CV and suggested a potential job for me. I told him that due to childcare I was only able to work certain hours a day.
In the space of a few days, Sean had set up an interview for a role that had the perfect hours for me and I got the job!
Sean called me every other day and sent emails during this time with advice and updates. He was lovely, and His customer service was great!
