Does the owner of Viva Street see that half the advertisers are gone? We can't write any descriptions or photos that the system deletes! We pay them good money to do this.

The most horrible and disgusting site in the whole of UK as everyone has commented you cannot find another site except of (ViVA STREET )in the whole of the UK that will first take your money and then block you for some unknown reason and worse than that will not refund your advertising fee. They are definitely racist and a scammer. Be careful from this site, please.

I wish I would be able to complain this horrible site to a proper court because for the first they take the payment and after that without any reason they blocked Me and they didn’t answer me even which reason they blocked me this site is the biggest scammer in the world the customer service is rude no answer they just want to have money from escorts All of the people in the UK have to know ( VIVA STREET IS THE SCAMMER SITE)

I used to be on Vista Street. I didn’t have much luck from getting any clients and one day. I just got banned for no reason they didn’t give me an answer and they told me to advertise on the escorts advertise and there for one week for £15 and I didn’t achieve nothing so I tried to contact customer support they didn’t bother helping they don’t care and they don’t get back to you I’m still blocked and I don’t know the reason why.

Don't waste your money their support is a scam. they won't do anything for you.

Absolutely waist for money guys please dont bother to contact them I have been scam today £130 always say pay upfront and never turn up ,Absolutely scam and fake this is horrible and disgusting.

I've been using vivastreet for over 8 years to advertise my massage business. The customer service of late is appalling. They make the right noises but don't deliver. If the bots are not rejecting your adverts, some seemingly nothing, they're stalling your payments. Asking you to constantly verify yourself when you've already done so. The prices keep going up but the services level is going down. There used to be a nice lady who was in charge of the adult classified section but it's now a team of people who pass the buck.

The pictures are 80 percent fake. When you go to the address, you get someone who has nothing to do with the picture. It's a waste of time and money. Viva street doesn't care even if you complain.

Vivastreet was a great platform for my business but over a period of time the site has gone downhill, I can pay for a ad a month and then the auto pic editor takes my ad apart after 2 days, And now you cant even contact customer services instead they have a chat bot, and forget trying to phone them, When you send a msg via chat bot, nobody replies. Even when i pay my ad comes back with half of it censored (and it falls well within their guidelines)
Vivastreet could be a great site but instead they have ruined it, The owners are not business focused whatsoever, I stopped paying my monthly payments to them as there platform is now useless

Bad site. I had a vanilla advert in on there advertising my service of phone chat and vid calls. Last year in march they blocked me so I done another account even though they said I was not able to create another account even if I used a different email and phone number but I was able. Then exactly the same thing happened again in march exactly a year. Same very vanilla ad just had my services and cost and normal pics and they did it again. I had done nothing wrong and they can't give an explanation other than the system has blocked you for breaking rules? What rules. There are literally ads on there with boobs and other bits out. I was fully covered!?!?!

I spend time just checking for fake ads, as I know victims can't report to the police, so I use Google lens or copying the ad text, and Google it, to find fake ads where they post the same advert in multiple locations, like same woman is apparently in a town in Wales, again in Scotland, Liverpool and London etc. I then report them as fakes... What happened for reporting the scammers? Vivastreet blocked my IP in cloudflare. Apparently reporting fake adverts to stop scammers is just an annoyance to vivastreet. Should tell you everything you need about their morals.
