I am using Searchland for planning and sourcing projects and Oli helped me navigate the many filters on offer to refine land/building work that I am looking for.

Great software to be using!!

Searchland is a non-negotiable for me. It's a very comprehensive piece of software that allows me to gain key insight and information that helps me operate my property business more effectively. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Our experience with Searchland has been excellent. The onboarding process was smooth, and the platform is both user-friendly and highly effective. Ashley Halsey was extremely helpful throughout - professional, responsive, and ensured we were set up properly from the start. I would highly recommend Searchland to others.

I received extremely helpful support today in resolving a problem with planning alerts and setting up new alerts. The issue took a bit longer than we all hoped but with the additional input from the technical team we got there. My thanks to Oli Bird from Searchland who guided me expertly through the issues to a successful conclusion.

Ashley Halsey has been great from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and the support hasn’t stopped after onboarding. He even offered extra training outside of work hours which was genuinely useful.

Searchland itself is very easy to navigate. I’ve used other systems before and they just don’t deliver the same level of results. The AI functionality is on another level, easily the best I’ve used on any platform like this.

Overall a really solid experience and something I’d confidently recommend.

We had a quick chat and he showed me everything I needed to know on the tour, this is definitely going to change the way I do business and I feel like we will have a long lasting relationship as explained to me, is there for me further down the line. I have only been on the site for a few weeks but the onboarding process and the support team, along with all of the videos etc has helped me really get a feel for the potential and capability of the software.
Nothing is too much trouble, fast reaction times to any queries has been brilliant, Phil and team have been great as a support during the day. My onboarding has been with Shanice Grahl, we have been having weekly sessions to go through any queries, teach me more about the tools and how to use them and anything else I need! Shanice has been absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble, her kind and cheerful personality has really helped me to get confident with the platform. The level of customer service has been great.

Searchland has been an invaluable resource for me as I look for developable opportunities off market. Nadir and the team offer excellent customer service and support and I thoroughly recommend watching the product guides, webinars and joining any live sessions that are offered. These resources have without a doubt helped me get the best out of Searchland and resulted in a good letter response rate. I also really like that Searchland generates a colour map of the site when you send letters from Searchland to landowners. A key feature is that when you view sites, you can use the AI mode to look at its planning history. This of course saves hours of time! I highly recommend Searchland to anyone looking for sites off market!

Now been using Searchland for 3yrs, over that time the data levels have improved significantly beyond other platforms we have used. Now our go to tool for both residential and commercial property modelling for comparative data, planning searches, etc, the link with Rightmove and commercial letting data provides indepth snapshot of the target areas. Jem, Oli and the team at Searchland very helpful.

Searchland software is amazingly powerful and has given our company huge potential to grow our business. The onboarding process with Ashley and Becca was great; they are knowledgeable and personable. The ongoing support and ability to chat online is a great bonus.

So recently moved over to Searchland.

Amazing bit of software certainly disrupting the proptech world.

Ashley Halsey has been fantastic onboarding me, very helpful and knowledgable. Made the transition very simple and easy. My experience with the platform is still early stages but is very simple and easy to use with a load of different search functions, workspaces, etc which makes it easier as a property developer/investor to source sites but also to identify any constraints.

Ashley showed the AI addition which reviews council policies etc. and the way it can easily do a report on title, etc.

Look forward to using this going forward.

Searchland is an ingenious and incredible piece of software, but the service from Ashley Halsey is what really seals the deal. He was incredibly supportive and patient while I made my decision, answering question after question. Even after I started my annual subscription, he's still been there to offer advice whenever I've needed it. Great platform, even better support.

Clean platform and interface, easy to navigate and has become the hub for our site due diligence thanks to Searchland's unique features. Customer service is second-to-none as well, there's always someone at hand to respond to any queries.
