Best all-in-one-tool for SEO! We as a global company profit by Searchmetrics' international focus on market analysis, everyday.

My experience with Searchmetrics has been the most comprehensive, personalized SEO experience I've had in my career. From the start, we had friendly help with the technical setup and virtually on-demand assistance whenever we needed it throughout the five years (so far!) of our engagement. Let me be clear, this isn't just SEO ranking software - the content briefs and keyword research functions allow us to be *prescriptive* in our content creation based off thought vectors and competitive ranking insights. We can see the technical updates needed in an easy-to-understand format and get those handled quickly. Moreover, we can tag critical URLs for alerts that lets us see potential impacts to on page changes before they get indexed by search engines. I will also say that my most amazing moment with SM was when I picked up the phone (with confidence) in front of my boss and my bosses' boss and asked a question of our CSM that he answered because he *knew us* and knew our SEO situation. You're not just a number here. I can't recommend this group or the technology highly enough.

I've been a Searchmetrics customer with a couple of different companies since 2013, so I've how the platform has grown and changed as SEO has changed over the years.

One major area where Searchmetrics has stepped up is in SEO-friendly content creation with Content Experience. This has been an absolute game-changer for us since it makes the process of producing content and streamlines it so we don't have to do multiple rounds of revisions with our writers to "check the boxes" for SEO-optimized content.

Once I or someone from my team creates the content brief which encompasses the topic and keyword research part of the equation, it gets to the writer who then has all they need to produce SEO-optimized content the first time.

This has resulted in six-figure incremental traffic gains over the past couple of years which is HUGE in the B2B software space that we operate in.

Searchmetrics platform as been crucial in our content development and SEO work. I've worked with SearchMetrics for years. They get 5 stars because when the tool fails or has an issue, the staff is on-point every time. Customer service is their best asset.

One of the biggest SEO tools. But unfortunately not really effective in relation to its prices. There are much cheaper tools which have more features and have a better usability. Maybe there are other positive opinions but in my eyes I don't really miss it.

Bought an incorrect package. I was swiftly refunded and guided to the sales team by Wendelin. The sales team were able to assist me in setting up a customised subscription.

I'm using the Searchmetrics Suite since a couple years now. My only concern would be that the user interface got a little bit clunky over the past years because they added so many features. But from what I need, which is mostly a lot of data for my clienst, it's the most sophisticated solution on the market. I'm also trying other solutions now and then, but in the German and European market I didn't find anything comparable yet.
