I've worked with The SearchPoint Group for about 8 months now. I started on the low package where they advertise my Google listing, it started out slow but after about 5 weeks it started to pick up and when I'd done that for a few months I started doing Google Ads and Google Guaranteed. I'm a roofer and have tried loads of other companies but these guys seem to work well for me.

I’ve used these for 5 months now for my plumbing company and although it didn’t start as fast as I’d have liked with jobs I did get people calling within a few weeks. I got a free website and they set me up on Google which has helped me generate new work. They help me when I need website changes or updating things on Google. Really happy with them and would highly recommend if you are a business looking for help with local advertising or getting a website set up.

I have a campaign with these guys and they manage my Google, Bing and more.

We get enquiries everything month and our monthly fee is relatively small compared to other advertising we have done in the past.

I am happy with the service provided.

UPDATE DUE TO BELOW REPLY: 10/12/2024

Firstly I'm not a new business and already had a good online presence, website was already existing, business profile was already existing, local landline was already set up, so 3 out of your 4 bullet points were already set up and working prior to signing up for you.

I was also advised that 12 weeks was all that was needed to get everything set up and working and then we should see the benefits, the truth is there was no benefits, the second I stopped pushing social media all my stats dropped, all my stats were based on what I was doing to push it.

Also I was very aware that there is no such thing as a quick fix and allowed the full 12 week programme before reviewing.

Regarding your comment on you don't promise endless leads I would be very careful where you go with this comment as previously explained to an account manager your sales team exactly do that.....I quote from your sales team...."with your existing online presence and reviews and placement on google if we can't generate you an leads within 2-4 weeks ill pack my desk away"......managers response "I will listen back to call and if this is the case I will sack her on the spot" then refused to update me after he listened to the call back.

After seeing your reply it looks like I paid £250+VAT for a bundle that was more suited to a business that needed help setting up from scratch not someone that had everything already in place, therefore was I over charged? was i charged for a bundle not suitable for me? why wasn't this explained to me prior?
