It wasn't worth $135 per person!
We were picked up on time, around 5:20am. About 30 minutes outside of Panama we hit some sort of traffic and sat on the highway for 2+ hours. I know that's not the companies fault, but it did impact the rest of the day as it compressed the entire tour so we had a much shorter amount of time for every stop/island. We eventually stopped at a gas station to use the bathroom and grab something to eat. Our first stop was to see how the locals live on the island. Our guide only spoke Spanish. Thankfully, someone else was able to do some translating so we could understand the basics. It wasn't really a tour. The boat guide let us off on the island and we just stood there awkwardly unsure of what was supposed to happen next. There were a bunch of kids dancing in a circle. The boat guide eventually talked 5 minutes about the locals and showed us their community lodge. Then we sorta wandered on the path past villagers who were selling stuff. It felt really awkward and disorganized. Then we went to another island for a snack. The "natural pool" wasn't a pool. It was a sand bar in the middle of the ocean where the water only came up to our knees. It was unique, but it wasn't a pool. The last island was where we ate lunch. There weren't any lounge chairs on the beach. Thankfully, we had blankets, but I expected it to be a little more built up with a few more amenities. Overall, wasn't worth how much we paid per person and wouldn't recommend it.

We had an amazing experience at the Pelican on San Blas Island. The tour drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. The boat ride was easy as the waters weren’t too rough. The staff on this island were friendly and helpful. The cabins were spacious and comfortable and included the basics. I’d recommend taking your own bed sheets and pillows. The restrooms and showers were clean daily. The meals were also good , they served chicken and fish. Taking snacks and water is recommended as they don’t have snacks available for sale—only bottle of water. We toured a few different islands while there, unfortunately it rained, but cleared up afterwards. Overall, our experience was great!

The tour was very nice overall. The van ride can be a bit dizzying at times. I would also suggest choosing islands with better beaches for swimming.
My only comment is that the way the tours are displayed can be a bit confusing, as some listings do not show all the details clearly, making it difficult to choose the most suitable option.

We were left on an island without any instructions that was the first stop so it was concerning for the rest of the day. You need people who can intertain a group and give clear instructions. Return driver was dangerous. We did not enjoy this expensive activity at all.

I had an amazing time at the san blas islands with this tour company. They arrived and picked us up at our hotel around 5AM as promised and we begin our way to the islands. Once there we were all grouped up onto a speed boat and began the day trip visiting different islands. In total we visited 3 different islands and also a "pool" like area out in the ocean that they called la piscina natural which was really cool.
The lunch provided was good and overall I would recommend this tour company! My only regret was I wished I had booked an overnight trip instead of a day trip!

1) It's not a snorkeling excursion, their is no snorkeling equipment and the staff knows nothing about snorkeling.
2) The real price is not advertised: once your in the middle of the country, there's a $22 extra fee, lunch is an extra $25, and the only "free" drink is 1 soda at lunch.
3) It's not a tour, it's a car and water Taxi service that transfers various passengers and supplies between different islands; this is what we spent the majority of our time doing.
4) It's not safe; the safety equipment is in poor condition when it's even there and the <12 people "tour" was an overloaded boat with 15 to 19 passengers hopping between islands to deliver supplies. There were many times that we thought we were going to sink.
Overall, this is just a water Taxi system to drop you off on an island to pay expensive prices for cheap rum served in a coconut shell. TOTAL SCAM!
We are very unhappy with the organisation of the trip. We especially asked several times before if we will see MULTIPLE different islands during our trip if we stay one night, which the organiser confirmed beforehand. Unfortunately, we didn’t. I asked the staff on the island several times because we wanted to see multiple different islands and they assured we would see at least two other islands. We waited 7 hours on the beach from 7am to go to one different island but ended on the same island as the day before!
We paid almost 500$ for this tour (2 person), but still had to pay 5$ for WiFi on the island. The cabins are very basic, and even if you reserve a private cabin you still have to use the shared bathroom and toilets with everyone. Food is every day the same, you can just chose between chicken and fish, the rest is always the same. Portions are small.
They also didn’t accept our criticism but believed they did nothing wrong. Really disappointing and not what we paid for. We can’t recommend this organisation, we really expected more from this trip , especially if you see how much we paid for it.
