Lack of communication
I have ordered items which they haven't had in stock. I haven't received any communication about delivery time, that it will be delayed or etc. I have contacted them and it was said that it will received "this week" and shipped on the same week to me. But it haven't happened like that, nobody contacted me, I needed to contact them again by myself to get updates. Because of this lack of communication I even was thinking that this is fake page. After all - I have asked for money return. This process went smoothly.
They really need to improve communication and be more proactive with it.

Dear, We are sorry for the problems. There was indeed a problem with the product you ordered. The company who has to supply it burned down. They were going to be shipped it one month later. We have communicated about it. And you accepted it. Then suddenly, you asked for a pay-back in the evening at 20.30hrs, and you posted this comment on trustpilot at 22.00hrs. Not realy serious. What is more, you paid by Paypal, meaning that at every moment you could ask your money back without any problems...
We exist since 2010, and we are shipping between 50 and 100 packages a day...

Great experience
We recently went to Seashop for an outfit for the sailing season and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand what we need and recommending the perfect gear. We were looking for a new set of boots, a jacket and trousers, and they guided us through the options, explaining the pros and cons of each and helping us find the best fit and functionality for our budget.
