Customer Sevice great, clothes not as advertised
Contact at Customer Service was really very gentle. The changing of colours doesn’t work in cold water, as in a lake, it works with body temperature but not in the water like it shows in the advertising.

Recommend the blue/purple
The first one did not work very well. Then the customer service was very helpful and resend one to me. The blue/purple one is very beautiful and works properly with the change of temperature.

Great product and friendly customer service. Bought as a birthday present for my brother. Had to send back as got the wrong size. The exchange was handled very quickly and smoothly. He is very happy with the trunks and can't wait to wear them when we can eventually travel again.

Hi guys, when I saw your swim shorts I knew I wanted to buy them, I had been looking for such a product for a long time (the only item available on the market being trunks by Vilebrequin: very nice, but very expensive). After trying them on (and jumping in the sea), I must say that the "wow-experience" and the flashy colour-changing was not really what I had expected. The colours are definitely so much MORE vivid in your ad videos than in reality, and this is a a little deceitful and sad. Nontheless, the item are nice and on the whole ok, and I needed the shorts, reason why I did not send them back asap.
Keep working on the wow-effect, and then everything will be as it should.

The ordering process was easy, the delivery process was standard, but after receiving my product we concluded that it ran very small which should be included in the description considering the price of the product.
